Regarding that ocean art work...

@HUNTSMAN
AIS (ship's transponder) can be hacked directly or intercepted via man-in-the-middle attack to show a different course, route history, or even change the vessel's name and type.

It's possible the ship never actually sailed that route but the AIS data was made to display it.

Who knows. Like the oil barons they use every excuse (crisis) or manufacture one to instill panic and jack the prices. Round & round we go. Never let a good crisis go to waste.

This thing is going to cost billions, all that shipping waiting. I agree with you on the oil companies.

If that is true, it probably started in the fuel, oil, or water tanks that they pumped out. Empty tanks colapse easier because there is nothing to push the walls out.

NASA found that out the hard way. They let the fuel leak out and the tank lost pressure.

I almost forgot. The Atlas Missle, the rocket in that video, is famous for something else. WD 40

I believe the tanker was scuttled on purpose, and it was done by Israel (or an ally) to stop Iranian oil from reaching Syria.

There has been an ongoing war between Israel and Iran over the shipment of oil to Syria. All of Syria's oil is controlled by other parties, including the US.

Iran has been shipping oil to Syria. So far 30 Iranian oil tankers have been damaged. Iran first started shipping the oil around Africa then they started using the Suez canal.

On Tuesday morning, when Bibi Netanyahu who is unable to get a majority, fearing election loss he ordered the Ever Given scuttled and stopped Iranian oil from using the canal. The next day the headlines were that Iran had shot a missile at an Israel owned ship in the Arabian Sea. This headline was a distraction from the original operation to stop Iran oil.

The stuck container ship is the work of Israel for sure, the dead giveaway was the election day then the false news blaming Iran for a missile attack. The news also said the wind blew the tanker off course or that it couldn't see from a sandstorm, this is nonsense since they use GPS. This ship has the latest electronics, it was not lost in the canal.

Perhaps.

Tracking data from vesselfinder.com and myshiptracking.com websites clearly shows what resembles a giant dick pic, and arguably a pair of ass cheeks too, slap bang in the Red Sea – if that isn’t an omen then what is.

A spokesperson for vesselfinder.com confirmed the ship tracking data was accurate. "There is no room for some kind of conspiracies or false data,” Mihail Mitev told VICE World News over email

Who knows.

Although it doesn't really seem likely the ship's captain would have done that—or how much time it would have taken to do it, especially if it was on a set course.

I read that it's costing $10 Billion per day. That's difficult to fathom, at least to me. Maybe not to those who understand the shipping logistics but damn, someone will need to eat that cost. Unfortunately, will probably be us lowly sheeple, once again and a Suez GoFundme would only be a drop in the ocean. So many nefarious agendas, distractions and psyops going on in the world that nobody knows what is really going on. Just high octane speculation sprinkled with obfuscated bacon truth bits. It's unsustainable, cannot go on forever, I hope.

How a Desert Wind Blew $10 Billion of Global Trade Off Course

According to article the "Ever Given" was exceeding the canal speed limit just before grounding itself; but may have done so in fighting the wind given the tall stack of containers acting like a sail.

Hard to believe that 12% of global shipping goes through here.🤪

Who Is Responsible For The Ever Given Grounding?

This is a complicated topic considering the captain is Indian, the canal pilots are Egyptian, the owners and shipbuilders are Japanese, the operator is German, the insurance company is British, the charterer is Taiwanese, the cargo is Chinese, the salvors are Dutch, the ship is Panamanian, and the all-important classification society is American.

This guy adds some perspective on the cost and who is likely responsible. An interesting listen...(9 min)

The graphic in the video (not sure if this was the actual track of the vessel or just a simulation) was very helpful in seeing how this could occur. You can see how the bends & curves of the canal, combined with excess speed, would not require much force from cross wind to tilt the ship and lodge it in the canal banks.

It seems like as they've made this container ships longer and longer, it was only a matter of time until something like this happened, assuming that one is attributing this to an honest mistake and no sinister motives.

I wonder if they could install anything on the banks of the canal that could operate as "wind breaks". Think about noise barriers you see on the side of highways to deflect sound from the highway from reaching the surrounding neighborhoods. I don't know how the tall the profile of fully loaded ships rise above the canal though. If we're talking 10s of meters, it might not make sense or even be possible to construct 30m high walls over a distance of 10s of kilometers.

I think the captain just channeled Mystery Science Theater 3K and cried out, "let's auger this baby in!"

Just checked the map and there are many tugs headed to the Ever Given from both directions. It might take a while to get them all ready but it looks like they are going to try to pull the ship loose soon.
