Fake, completely fake. Those two stage a slap fight and use that to trigger some paranoia and use that as an excuse to get more funding for intelligence operations against each other. That of course is a crock since the money will be spent elsewhere. Here they'll spy on US citizens. There, they'll hire assassins or send agents to screw with anybody that balks at russian racketeering.
