This is a very good point that starts to really become a nagging part of our reality. Back in 1940 they could keep it under wraps, but not today and not for 80 years....The Goverment is far from prefect to execute something so prefect..

That is where folding space/time such as warp drive etc comes into play.

Only problem is , a warp drive would take as much energy as the sum of energy the universe has produced since the "Big Bang"

Now , mastering the "god particle" to negate mass is conceivable.
But not on a 40' wide craft.
Maybe an energy source the size of Jupiter ?

Don't bother, you won't find (m)any - its a myth. There is no evidence to suggest any tests, secret or otherwise, are responsible for anything but a minority of reports - unless you count Roswell, but that's outside your date references.

The number of times the stealth programme has been cited as being responsible for triangle reports yet without any reference to specifics.

If by alien it is meant not currently identifiable as of homo sapien origin then the weight of evidence, or even proof if considered to be that which is beyond reasonable doubt, is that they do exist and are making themselves known. Just to individuals or small groups as opposed to a Day the Earth Stood Still type scenario.

That is not something governments can control or disclose - no doubt there has been investigation but if that doesn't identify an imminent national threat or something that can be weaponised or monetised it wouldn't go much further.

Why would they? How do they know who to identify with? If we are talking aliens then they most likely can't even be on earth without dying to a million things their bodies have total lack of defenses against, they would be like a bubble boy, hell we have issues and we are from here with millions of years to actually survive all the bad things.

It all seems so, dare I say it, too human....lol They come down to talk to the Indians...or some other BS that makes it the same as the Goverment coverup BS to explain why we really have zero physical proof.

Oh, the phenomenon definitely exists. With photos and videos, to boot, which makes it hard to say that it's all just people hallucinating or dreaming. So there is something physical happening. Just don't know what.
