Well my wife was looking at our bank account today and there is was, $4200 pending deposit.
Apparently we get one for our daughter this time which was a surprise since she didn’t get the $600.

I can’t say I want the money.
I don’t need the money.
I certainly don’t feel stimulated...

This whole thing makes me feel like I just used a loan shark.
Fun up front but broken knee caps later.

Without going into back-patting detail, my wife and I gave ours away to local businesses and people who were impacted by the government dicking us over.

We'll do the same with this.

Very nice.
We tried to use as many local businesses as we could.

I love our local movie theatre. It's small-town owned and they've been dying of course but they have not closed.

Last check I bought a box of Junior Mints and gave them 300.00, told them to keep the change.

In our little valley there is an electric co-op.

They allow donations to a pool that takes care of the less fortunate on their bills when they get to where they are going to be cut off.

That is where my last one went, that is where this one is going to go if I qualify this time.

To be fair, the change would have only been .95 cents, but I felt good.

If you don't need it the best thing to do is to find a friend or family member that does. And give it to them.

If you don't know any friends and family that need it then find a stranger.

This is what anyone that doesn't need the money should do. This helps everyone.

Expecting the government to know who needs the money and who doesn't was a silly. Maybe they should have just sent it to everyone and let us all help each other.

They are sending most of it to local governments, pension plans and people overseas.

Any American that is getting a $1,400 check is also on the hook for $17,000 to repay that.

So you couldn't afford the 17 gallon soda...

Good choice!

Although you made me think of my youth and the $4 box of hard-coated candy almonds.

The ones that broke your teeth but were still really good...

I wonder if they still make those?

Am thinking of renting out the theatre for Godzilla vs Kong for my son and friends at the end of the month.

They've adapted so that they now do private film showings for families.

We have a small theater here too...

They make do now with wedding parties, local live artists and an occasional screening of a "new" movie.

I think your idea is awesome and would be a wonderful memory for your son.

Free things from the government are always the most expensive.

This is not free money, it's going to be paid back - do the leaders in any country truly understand what money is? They seem to have a childlike understanding.

It's called the art of can kicking with deferred blame.

We will pay for this, in time. But the rise on inflation will be blamed on savers and frugal people. We live in an inverted world and even our morality is starting to invert.....

I want off this planet, it makes me sick. Socialism is frigging evil and its come to America.

For my wife and I the percentages keep changing for no apparent reason. What we really want, is to be left alone. But that’s not going to happen.

We were thinking about maybe giving our 'Covid Relief Bill' money to some needy convicted felons like 'Boston Bomber', Dzhokhar Tsarnaev...or, possibly to some illegal aliens...but heard Nancy, Chuck, Joe and the Democrats already saw to it that they're getting $1400 checks of their own.

I got mine on Friday.
Meanwhile, I've been waiting on my tax return for 2 months now.
