Nor have most vaccines, including those which have been in use for a very long time.

But most vaccines have been shown to reduce severity of infection as well as transmission. The clinical trials show that the COVID vaccines reduce severity of infection. And, while trials did not address the issue, it seems to be becoming apparent they also reduce transmission (as hoped).

It is a drug combination testing new technology. Basically it enables editing of certain genetic sequences.

Using traditional and current legal and medical definitions, it is not a vaccine.
