URGENT: Unable To Log Into ATS!

Hi there -

I've got a huge problem - I can't log into ATS!

For some reason I just suddenly became unable to log into ATS from my home computer. When I try to log in the page is just refreshed, but I am still not logged in. This happened completely randomly and I have no idea what to do. I had some spyware on my computer which I think may be the problem, but since then I have restored, formatted, reinstalled windows and still no success! Need advice ASAP!
