What is the legal definition of a citizen?
Citizenship is defined in the first clause of the first section of the Fourteenth Amendment as: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subjectto the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside.12 Jan 2021

Which would include the Second Amendment.

Think harder.

I know what you mean about they will find a way.

I know it's the OLDEST saying there is, but, "When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns" really says it all, there is nothing better than that saying right there.

I have actually heard of the "Surrey Six" case. That just goes to show you. I mentioned a while ago that I had a friend in Great Britain and she is always telling me how bad the machete and knife stuff is over there. I know that it's the people that are killing and not guns OR knives, and idiots that are in charge know that as much as we do, I honestly think that they are just busing that as an excuse to pass whatever stupid law they have coming up next to pass in the higher courts.

I hear so much about gang violence at parties now days it's really almost old hat. Not to demean it, but, it is done a lot.
For me, it's not just talk, I have been stabbed and have had guns to my head, even avoiding that kind of stuff sometimes doesn't keep you alive, I was just lucky. I have seen firsthand how 'some' people do not care about human life, not even a little bit. Just have to keep my head on a swivel at all times, that's all we can do.

Yeah man, I can't say that I have NOT heard of a legal gun owner that killed someone illegally, because it does happen, it's just not enough that EVERYONE needs to throw their guns away. Crazy or stupid comes in all colors and crazy, legal or not, but most crime is still committed by criminals.

People think that the big bad scary AR-15 is different than a handgun, where you have to pull the trigger for each round you fire. Most people think that you pull the trigger on the AR and a thousand rounds just fly out as long as you hold down the trigger.

That is because they think AR stand for Assault Rifle .

Joe said that there is an AR-14...
Assault Rifle that shoots 14 bullets out of its clip, well, 14 or more bullets.

OK, THAT is funny.

From your article, Next Level Armament in Jenison, Michigan, had a similar idea.

I may have to find one or the other to purchase.

The point everyone is missing is this....Canada has more liberal gun laws than America does.....but the Governmnet and Municipalities collude together to screw every single canadian out of these rights....these are Federally vetted Charter rights proven unequivocally in Courts of Law.....and the Canadian Prime Minister knows that so the crooked prick tells every Province that he will not make new gun laws....no # he CANNOT DO IT...... but the crooked prick tells the Provinces THEY CAN MAKE MUNICIPAL BYLAWS THAT OUTLAW GUNS IN THEIR JURISDICTIONS....the dirty Plick knows no one is screwing with the ironclad Federal Laws alllowing every CanaDian to legally carry any type of gun concealed or not any place thy wish.....he knows this is immovable....and....he also knows that NO CANADAIN HAS THE MONEY TO BURN AGANST A MAJOR CITY OR A PROVINCE IN COURT TO OVERTURN THSE CROOKED ILLEGALLY APPLIED BYLAWS WHICH ABROGATE AND SUPERCEDED ILLEGALLY FEDERAL lAWS THAT ARE ALREADY EMBEDDED.

The Federal Government tells the Provinces how to abbrogate the FEDERAL Laws made for Canadians BY USING ILLEGAL WEAPONIZED AND UNCHALLENGED CIVIC BY-lAWS.......it screws every Canadian by doing this...the Federal Government allows and colludes with Provincial Governments and Civic Governments GAINST THE CANADIAN PEOPLE.

EVERY CANADIAN HAS A BIRTHRIGHT TO CARRY A GUN ANYWHERE ANYTIME ANY WAYS THEY WISH TO...ITS AN IRON-CLAD LAW...but Canadas courts are some of the most crooked rotten misrepresentative Courts IN THE WORLD.

They don't seem to be afraid of starting or perpetuating WARs!

I'll be the first one to admit that I know hardly anything about Canada. I feel bad for y'all on a few things, for sure, as I am sure y'all do us.
Really, I am clueless about you ability or inability to own any weapons, I didn't know. I do know that they are doing wrong, just as we are getting the shaft, but I am REALLY surprised that y'all had 'rights' like we do AND they still are doing what they are doing, I sure didn't know that about your rights.

The bad news is, for us, all we have to do is look North and see what is 'possibly' in our future.

I have learned a lot about Canada on this thread, the BB thing and now this.

A VERY good point! I knew that, but I didn't put it all together, all in a month's time with this presidency.

That may be true...
Did you know that you can't be tickled by anyone that you don't like? It's a fact. That also (kind'a) applies to this gun subject, we can't be screwed over unless we let them.
