Unfortunately when you sign a contract with a morality clause or social media clause and don't abide by it. Well they can choose not to renew your contract.

Teachers that work at conservative /religious schools are under the same sort of deal. And they get let go as well if they do things that the school deem inappropriate.

Also when employees try to start a union sometimes businesses let those people go as well.

So this is nothing new. It's been happening for ages. Businesses let go people all the time for right and wrong reasons.

You might have a point if it werent for the fact that there were MANY other people making almost the same exact statements except on the other side of the Isle and they werent held to the same standard.

Theres also a difference between letting someone go and legit harassment and an abusive gang mentality on her.

Im taking it you didnt listen to the whole thing or you would have known this went FAR beyond just terminating of a contract

That is because the company decides and, apparently, woke public comments are ok with disney and conservative public comments are not.

I get the feeling that looked at with an unbiased eye it would probably look like they warned her a bunch of times before letting her go.
