First - forget about the whole 'alkaline water' garbage. It is a scam - worse, it is not good for you.

Get a decent reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

But, the problem is, you'll absorb a lot more fluoride from bathing or showering than you will ever get from drinking. So you need something for the whole house.

We got a whole house 'LifeSource' water purification system, and added the fluoride removal option. 2 huge tanks in the garage next to the cold water heater.

Be sure you don’t buy one made by white people!
