I have to say this is a very unique way of interpreting those verses.

Let us now describe the little horn's mask, his fierce countenance. (As to Medusa, she wears the mask of her fiery face, hiding an abominable dendral network: the host of heaven. Clothed with the Sun.)

Connect the top of your left pinky (little or baby finger) to that of your right thumb and proceed likewise, but in the background, with the right pinky & the left thumb. One obtains a Moebius style lemniscate. Join both elbows. What presents itself in front of you is an angel made flesh. It has 7 heads: 3 + 3 free distal phalanxes + the central infinite Double Dragon (lemniscate), 7 eyes or crowns (6 fingernails + 1 middle quartet). The 2 + 2 pinky and thumb nails are 4 cherub faces, the 3 + 3 little finger and 2 + 2 thumb phalanxes are 10 horns.
