I'll give you that

After that though, I do have to wonder about the thought processes here.

Apparently lying outright on the spot is ok, but taking the questions in advance to make sure the answers are correct isn't.

It's hypocrisy because you are suggesting that preparing a factual answer is worse than making crap up on the spot, or fostering a lie.

If you think the latter is the better way, then I think you have a problem with reality. The Trump administration certainly did.

the fact that you aren't with the program enough to understand the problem is cute.
And welcome to ATS!

After Joe's announcement about the vaccine availability, how 300 Americans will be each be injected with 2 million doses of vaccine, I got a little scared about getting the vaccine.
Even when Joe is prepped for what he is announcing, has a teleprompter in front of him AND has a mic in his ear... he comes up with grand flubs like that one.

😂😂

Well it's better than 2 Americans getting injected with 300 million doses of vaccine. However, if they survived, I'm sure people would be crawling over each other to get the jab, so there is that..🤣🤣

All we need is two volunteers...🤔

Anyone want a statue of themselves in the White House rose garden? Or perhaps an aircraft carrier named after yourself or your favorite dessert? The USS Fudgesicle has a nice ring to it!😂😂😂😂

Ok ok I'll

As opposed to Biden, who has a firm grasp on reality.
We could start with Corn Pop....

Of course, the media doesn't go after her like Trump press secretaries. The media attacked them for EVERY tiny mistake. They don't even speak about this red headed dumpster fire.

Re: news.yahoo.com...

I think there are some serious organizational problems with the Biden Administration, stemming from a lack of leadership at the top. Joe Biden is mentally depleted. Kamala would love to take over, but Joe is still there...in the way...stymying progress.

There is nothing unusual about checking questions ahead of time, to be able to answer them. W did so, I expect others. When she says she will circle back if she doesn''t have info, she does so. Her job is to answer questions for the Administration. She does so. Oh Boring!

They might as well just get the questions in advance and then just hand out the answers on printed documents.

They want zero chance of a question they don't like or approve of.

You said "I would rather be lied to than told I don't know"

You and people like you are ridiculous

Thanks. Honestly, if I had a question — I’d want an accurate answer.

What’s wrong with both? A combination of requested/submitted questions and on the spot questions.

This is just something else to bitch about.

When you ONLY tell the truth in a presentation, you pull the data from the pool of truth and let the repercussions happen as they do.

When you have to engineer the presentation you are manipulating a virtual universe. Everything is a lie atop a lie, atop another lie, and another, another, another all the way back to 1865.

Very true, Unless they don't call on the reporter that is asking a tough question. How many "tough" questions have been asked?

In this administration or previous?

Biden’s only been President for 15 days.

A bit too early to judge, don’t ya think?

I think the problem lies with the fact that you appear to be living in a fantasy world where only you can be right and seem to want to patronise people who don't see it your way.

That and the fact that I've just realised your signature line quotes one of the most famous left wing musicians ever, but you appear to preach the exact opposite of what he stands for. That is very odd indeed! You must be conflicted.

nobody can understand Joe’s gobbledygook positions on real topics.

So, he's very much going for the continuation government then?

How many tough questions did Stephanie Grisham answer in White House press briefings?

Oh... wait.... She didn't hold any. For nearly a year.

And yet you think somehow this is wrong?

I wish I could have asked all my college Professors for their questions ahead of time before I went up to present my projects. Must be nice.
