I had no idea that an idea could have its own website. Maybe everyone should try to access it at the same time every hour or so...would suck if their server crashed.

Right, the simplest explanation is some anonymous troll who wants to make the Democrats look bad spent their money to buy the domain and is forwarding it to the Democrats.
