chips for molesters

Many child abductions happen yearly and why some get more media coverage than others I don't know. But as each one comes and goes and a body is found does anyone else see the public outrage growing for such things and people searching for something to be done to protect children.

This is my opinion and a guess for something to keep an eye on. Could a national or state law be passed that would REQUIRE as part of being released from prison a microchip implant in sexual offenders so they can be thoroughly tracked 24/7? Looking for others thoughts and input.

Why dont they just tattoo " RAPIST" on their foreheads? then, implant chips, or whatever. Oh, and their license plates should also state "RAPIST". that would take care of things
