I do sometimes have my doubts about the big bastard. She is a freaking domesticated desert tortious. It is the freaking weirdest thing man. She will follow me around the house and sit next my feet when I am chilling. And when she needs to go to the bathroom she will turtle hit the back door. And when is hungry she will turtle hit my feet. It's really cute though.

From the article it says pop up cell towers. Makes sense....they likely work similar to Stingray. All calls/data in the area will be forced through them for capture purposes.
