There are 4 times where Presidents were inaugurated outside of Washington DC. so Pelosi is technically correct, however those were usually in response to a serious crisis. In Biden's case he is afraid. I imagine in a case of war business could be conducted off site but indefinitely is a stretch but then what do we know. Lol. Rules are just rules for others. Chinese Survey Ship Caught ‘Running Dark’ Give Clues to Underwater Drone Operations

A Chinese government survey ship was intercepted “running dark” without broadcasting its position via AIS (Automated Information System) by Indonesian officials. The incident is latest twist in an ongoing maritime saga which has also seen Chinese uncrewed underwater vehicles (UUVs) found in Indonesia’s territorial waters.

The survey ship, Xiang Yang Hong 03, left its base at Sanya on Hainan Island, China, on the morning of Jan. 6. It was intercepted by the Indonesian Coast Guard near the Sunda Strait during the week of January 11.

Smells fishy. Perhaps undersea survey operations for maritime battlespace intelligence gathering for war plans.

Underwater Drone Incidents Point to China’s Expanding Intelligence Gathering

The proliferation of small uncrewed underwater vehicles (UUVs) poses new challenges to governments. Even seemingly innocent civilian drones, used to gather hydrographic data, can pose a long-term security risk. The data is defence-civilian agnostic and can be used as readily for submarine warfare as for environmental research. There is no real way to be sure which, so even ‘research’ types that have been painted bright yellow are often viewed with suspicion. This has been highlighted by a UUV which recently turned up in Indonesia. It is just one among several, and they can be tied back to China.

These easily deniable assets are now an emerging threat to states’ sovereignty, and one which is hard to stop. We may, therefore, expect to see an increasing number of Chinese UUVs turning up in unexpected places.

This really puts a new light on "watch the water" from way back in either this thread or #33! Not like its a far stretch to weaponize these drones either. So either the information from the UUV's will be weaponized or the UUV's themselves will be weaponized.

The number of possibilities for this phrase go all the way back to Part 6 or 7. But, yea, I agree this latest one here is another interesting possibility. As above, so below, and what may be lurking on our shores.
