Barbed wire works both ways.

Razorwire is typically put in the same side you are trying to keep people from getting through.....this appears to be INSIDE the perimeter of the capitol....isn't that the Capitol behind the installer?

They have to wrap it through, but the first cut shows how it is actually being installed.....he is on the same side..

Razor wire facing toward the inside is what they do for prisons. If you're trying to keep people out, the coils face outward.

Same issues occured when Epik was trying to help 8kun come back online. They were knocked offline by Cloudfare which I think Epik is helping Gab right now with additional servers to balance the load. I would expect DNS issues.
