My understanding is a very large military clinic near me "ran out" of the vaccine on the morning of January 19, 2020. They are continuing to distribute the second half though.

Whatever action is going to happen needs to happen soon, because the military needs to help with vaccine distribution. If you live in an urban area and watch your local news, you know Biden's system isn't getting the job done. No way he'll get 100 million vaccinated in his first 100 days.

What does he mean "cyber tech we don't know about"? I thought it was common knowledge by now that the NSA/FBI/whomever had the capability to monitor everything, everywhere in real time?

Hell, they probably just deployed some advanced Stingray type of tech that vaccums up all comms in the area, or deployed some kind of Electronic Warfare drones overhead that suck up all electromagnetic signals and process them in real time.

There is no secret sauce there. Just being able to throw enough money at the equipment necessary to intercept and record all the traffic. I did it on a smaller scale a long time ago. The only challenge is really encryption, and there are ways around that. Everything is achievable through money.

Why didn’t the military just announce it to the US? Not powerful enough to override the airwaves?

Not saying that we should rely on this thing having any authenticity, but it did say in the full message that they were waiting to announce outside of the MSM because it would show the people that the MSM are complicit in the scam by the blackhats. It is a trap.
