Mystery 757 99-6143 landed at Millington Regional Airport near Memphis, TN. There is a Naval Support Activity adjacent to the airport but the airport itself does not have a military area that I can see.
In short, pick up, drop off, group, transport, delivery. A supply chain for a cargo. Nothing more, really. Well, you might have to feed the cargo occasionally............
The aircraft is a C32B a military passenger transport (757) capable of aerial refueling.
Something cargo all have in common. They are moved from one place or another, where needed, or required. Cargo can be anything, with a variety of functions, or a mission to accomplish. Many of those cargo haulers are designed to be multi functional. Pull seats out to haul pallets, extra fuel tanks, skiffs, etc etc etc. No way to see from the outside how it is configured, or, its cargo might be. Passengers, cargo, cargo, passengers.
Agreed, but I need not look further as to possibilities, or the class of cargo. Or should say, not somewhere I care to go..

Four have been built and it is unlikely that they would be used for ordinary logistical transportation

If you want to make progress on all the major global challenges, start with water
Yet we are perilously close to 2025, when it is predicted that half of the world’s population will not have reliable access to clean water, from California to Jordan to the South Pacific islands. Even my hometown of London, rarely thought of as a place lacking in water, is listed as the ninth global city at critical risk of ‘Day Zero’, and likely to experience serious shortfalls in the next five years.
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030 directly involve WATER. Watch the water, indeed.

True, that. On Ebay right now, the cheapest 90% US coinage silver I can find 'buy it now' is 30.00 an ounce, including shipping. The rest is auction type sales ... so sellers are reacting to this situation.
