NO More OnLine Cigarette Sales???

Credit Card Companies have agreed to refuse to participate in Internet sales of cigarettes nationwide under a government agreement made Thursday.

"The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the companies and state attorneys general agreed to work together to prevent the long unchecked use of credit cards to buy cigarettes over the Internet across state lines. The agreement is effective immediately.

The result is that virtually all credit cards will no longer participate with Web sites based in the United States and abroad that sell cigarettes and tobacco products in every state, said New York Atty. Gen. Eliot Spitzer. The card companies also agreed to take action against Internet sellers that authorities identify as violating state and federal laws regulating cigarette sales."

I hope and pray to the powers that be that this is not true.....
It's kinda hard to get quality American smokes where I'm at

I can see my social life at a complete stand still..
On the bright side I might quit, but then I'll gain like 200 pounds....

Oh well

Oh well...Its this very reason why you should always be careful what you wish for....

Next will be all Internet medications.

will this change the number of people who smoke? Maybe but while this whole country is hung up on tobacco beer makers are made out to be american heros, they advertise pills that give you more problems rather then solve them, Fast food can take away just as many years from your life as tobacco over time. And yet know we treat tabacco users like they are crackheads. This country wouldn't be where it is if we didn't have tobacco so if you are against the selling of tabacco then you better be against the sell of beer,fast food,pop(soda), or anything else that is not good for you! that's just my opinion
