There's a 100% foolproof method for not getting shot to death after violently breaking and entering. If you're interested I can explain the steps.

Okay I’ll play. Isn’t that the house of Congress, duly elected by The People of the US?

Your move. Bonus for making it her fault. Stupid protestor/rioter/insurrectionist/white/citizen/MAGA/Nazi

Should I go on? words have meanings. But so should her death. And her name wasn’t Roberta. It’s Ashli.

My most heartfelt thoughts and prayers for her and her family going forward.

So very sad indeed

Hopefully her family gets a huge chunk of change.

Police pissing themselves with fear from peaceful demonstrators....pathetic.

MSM are the enemy....blatant lies yesterday....continuing I'm sure...

It was a protest not a riot, there's a big difference.

Was it still a protest, not a riot, when BLM was running around destroying property, stealing property, and overrunning police lines?

According to US press it was. They don't get to have it two ways.

I get that you're likely consistent, but they are not and it matters very much.

I feel so bad for this poor brainwashed woman and her family

Indeed. Another hapless victim of the stupidity and megalomania of Donald J. Trump.

Cheers to that, polarized politics and the illusion of choice are some of the issues that have ruined things for everyone!

The thing is I can actually get Trump supporters, an outsider who said he would drain the swamp. The media doing nothing but slinging crap at him day in day out, no wonder he got called Teflon Don. But then when I watch him speak or act...
The debate, that was a farce to end all farces.

The west has been truly brainwashed by the MSM and advertising, the trouble is it’s been going on so long nobody knows any different. Somehow they’ve managed to get so many people invested in it, forced to choose between this or that when in fact neither would be palatable if it wasn’t for fear of the other.

I watched 2020 on Netflix by the makers of blackmirror. It rips apart both sides and the media circus that was last year. It’s like we’ve all regressed to kindergarten.

Protest or riot, they busted their way into the building.

Whose building is it?

Hard to tell. The people, to a point...
Our news last night showed a protest there, from awhile back, that they thought needed an explanation.
The crowd that busted in yesterday - there seemed to hardly be anyone there to stop them.
When BLM and Antifa were there to protest, full riot cops were blocking completely.
Last night’s kerfuffle seemed to be way too easy. One of the newscasters even wondered if they were helped getting into the building

Thankfully I live in a country where we value life above property, (that’s the claim anyway)

She's a traitor and put herself in that position. Frankly, she got what she deserved.

A traitor to whom? She got what she deserved, does that go for all trump supporters?
How do people like you sleep at night?

The same way all the camp guards did.

I don't think the press and the government realize how dangerous this is. How dangerous they've made things.

What's the old saying? The soap box, the ballot box, the ammo box?

By my count, they've removed two of the three over the past years. People have no voice on the soap box. Big Tech is busy censoring anything from just about anyone that doesn't conform to what they prefer to think be the accepted thought. They even censor politicians, and I'm not talking Trump here. They started with House candidates whose ads they disagreed with.

No soap box.

Then this past November, they nuked the ballot box. Steal or not, they refused any serious and substantive investigation into the issue, and they spent all their time and energy telling people to simply shut up instead of re-assuring them that yes, this is actually what happened. Whether you believe in the results or not, faith in the election was only damaged and undermined by that behavior, and then Georgia happened and followed the exact same patterns. Faith in the idea that the ballot box is a place to remove bad politicians has been seriously, maybe irreparably damaged.

No ballot box.

That leaves one box. They shut off two pressure valves, and they left the last one. No one wants to use that one, but it's what we have left now. I know the Democrats in their hubris think they'll pass law and remove it too, but they forget simply saying, "If we ban x, then y must occur." doesn't make y happen through the power of magic and fairy dust. Enforcement comes from somewhere, and I'm not going to go and out find all those guns, and I don't think anyone there in DC yesterday is in the mood to comply with anything government says. Do you?

Indeed.

The most dangerous situation is one where a person has no choice but to stand up and fight.

The MSM is fueling the flames with their blatant lies and spin.

Not sure where you go from here...

The 'gun grab' will come when it's too cold outside to put up a fight. I've always felt it would be the GOP who actually try to pull that one off.

Ammo is unavailable. Hasn't been on the shelves since COVID hit. Hearsay: Primer production has been severely curtailed. They manufacture the stuff that ignites in Italy ... and those factory workers were determined non-essential. Last I heard (last month), primers won't be in broad circulation for at least two years.

The ammo box ain't full. Where does that leave us?

I don’t give a # about the media. Anybody who can’t see them for what they are is a moron. And since, to my knowledge, Wolf Blitzer isn’t a member here I wasn’t directing my question at him or them.

I’m looking for an answer from board members about it.

What antifa and BLM did is riot.

What the protestors did yesterday was protesting.

Only the MSM and sheep who believe them has spun it any other way...

She took a risk by being where she when she was doing what she was doing.

However, all summer long we saw cop after cop standing his or her ground in the face of milling crowds of unknown mood, not overtly armed ... even some who were (thinking about Michigan statehouse) ... who managed not to fire a single shot into those same crowds.
