If a machine can't read a ballot it goes to adjudicators. Like the old days, people read the ballot.

How does adjudication work? People.

The adjudication process differs depending on the state and county. In the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, for example, a panel comprised of a Republican, a Democrat and an independent look out for mistakes on ballots.

But in the neighboring DeKalb County, groups of four adjudicators work together -- one Republican, one Democrat, two independents -- to vote on whether a ballot is OK, and that its intent can be ascertained. The vote is usually unanimous but if it's 2-2, they call an election supervisor in the room to break the tie, though that's rarely an issue.

This isn't new. I heard about this before. The video ties it all together.

The ballots were not printed right and they were missing bar codes. Because of this a person had to decide who to give the vote to.

Most elections have a very small amount of ballots that need to be adjudicated. This election a large percent had to be adjudicated, looks like that was one of the plans.

There has always been so much corruption in elections that we have never actually decided who won the presidency. If you believe the American people decide it you need to see a shrink. There has always been people who control the outcome, and the American people never actually choose who runs in the first place. Why do we have either of these two candidates to choose from, in the primaries we did not have decent candidates to choose from either.

They cant acctualy Pence as only ceremonial role into this he have the power to ask state that dint send the certification to sent them the only thing he can do is refuse to open and count them. if he does so, on jan 1st Pelosi become president till she certify the states and Biden become president and get inaugurate...and for vice president Would be republican

Biden will be president! I hate to say this and his first act in office will be targeting extremism within America. On Jan 6th 2021 they have infiltrated far right groups with fed and undercover cops who are marching on dc. The idea is when they count the electoral votes for Biden it will be no shock that the undercover cops and feds will become agent provocateurs and a false flag event will pop off!

Congress will get scared as the votes tally! With the armed mob outside! Cops will instigate a reaction with the armed mob! Shots will be fired when Biden is elected president . A bomb might go off! I believe this is so they can take people guns away. The virus will get downplayed for a couple of months while they disarm the population. An unarmed American public will be hit with covid 21 and vaccines are mandatory! Biden will refund the police who have guns to enforce his vaccine laws! Dems will write draconian covid 19 and 21 laws aimed at mandatory vaccinations for employment and buying and selling and entering businesses!

Biden will proceed to start a war in the Middle East! While he imports Muslim or African extremist into America in massive numbers during an economic depression. Watch as laws are passed to give jobs to these new migrants over Americans. China will buy California and kick out the homeless into other states!
