dixie cryptid is a YouTube channel that's been sharing Bigfoot experiences sent to him.

He presents them in engaging story format.

He also does interviews of people who have Bigfoot experiences.

He claims people have sent him evidence of Bigfoot but he chooses to keep them to himself.

He maintains he knows nothing, absolutely nothing, about Bigfoot and only shares other people's experiences.

Now he says he's composed a story about a mercenary who specializes in killing Bigfoot.

I present it to ats and leave it up to you to decide if it's, in fact, purely fiction.

Let's think about this logically:

There are allegedly 'mercs' that "specialize in killing Bigfoot"

Such people would likely demand large sums of money to track and eliminate a notoriously difficult to find (and dangerous) adversary.

So assuming the 'merc' is successful. What happens to the Bigfoot corpse?

How much $$$ would an authentic Bigfoot body fetch? Surely a huge payout, and anyone willing to kill Sasquatch for money would have no qualms about selling its body to researchers/advocates of Bigfoot.

But yet, we still nave no Bigfoot bodies in the public domain.

That tells me that either the Bigfoot 'mercs' are fraudsters or not very good at what they do ~OR~ there is no such thing as a Bigfoot 'merc' (other than say somebody passing themselves off as one to rubes).

Does the mercenary send blurry pics of the body as evidence of the Bigfoot kill, or maybe a pic of a 9ft chalk outline of the body?
I'm gonna go with purely fiction on this but I enjoyed the laugh.

I am familiar with Dixie Cryptids Channel.
It's one of many I enjoy listening to while I fall asleep
or take long drives.

I have not yet listened to the Episode in the OP.
Fiction or Truth is up to the listener to decipher.

I do find it interesting that many first nations people
have some tale of these creatures in the their history.

As far as a Merc. bigfoot hunter goes...
Sounds kinda Far Fetched. But
If they are paid well enough
that may be all they require
No recognition needed.

Body's can be destroyed, hidden, or kept from the public.

After going back
and listening to the Video intro...

Dixie Cryptid Clearly says in the beginning
That it is a FICTIONALY story of a Character he Created
From his other podcast.

So yeah
No Merc.
