When do we have to say, logically, that the problem is not in the court system, but in the cases being submitted?

In short...

There seems to be no shortage of partisan and activist judges, but I do not fault just the court system, or just the cases submitted. This goes back to our state and federal representatives for their lack of due diligence. Had they all done their jobs, neither side would be able to launch a lengthy contest, because there would be so many safeguards in place as to make it not feasible.

If you're recommending massive Federal and State election reforms to bring our systems back in line with the Constitution and the laws of the land, I 100% agree.

Referring to a judge as "activist" is a matter of perception. One person's activist is another person's patriot.

Still, back to the topic here, I believe it's sound at this point, even given that the judiciary is politicized, both right and left judges have all found these cases to be either of no merit, filed incorrectly, void of proof, etc.

Again... Georgia's Department of Justice is led by an anti-Trump rino whom ignored the law and made her own laws without the legislature, or Congress making those changes...

Now, your socialist leaders will attempt to make these election changes legal through Biden if he becomes POTUS... These were illegal tactics which shouldn't have occurred.

There are at least 140 republicans in the House and 12 republicans in the Senate whom will not confirm the electoral college votes to Biden...

There is no "Department of Justice" in Georgia government. Both the Governor and the SoS have been staunch Trump supporters.

They just balked at helping Trump Steal the election.

I'd love to see any evidence that claims that Kemp or Raffensperger are Never Trumpers.

no actually they found alot but since he was president and was protected by the presidency they never broth it to a court of law only in a court of opinion witch the jury was is accomplices but in 15 days he will be a private citizen they can send it to court

the idea at first was not to prosecute to prevent dividing the country even more but after the stunt he just pull i think there gonna go full force with very thing they got...

Russian interests bailed Trump out before he became President. This is an indisputable fact.

Trump’s businesses are full of dirty Russian money.

I think it is quite reasonable that he owed to favors to those interest when he became President of the United States. This would explain his bizarre foreign policy with Russia early on in his presidency that left most foreign affairs experts scratching their heads.

The issue I never see mentioned, but .... is probably the most important: exit polls.

We didn't get exit polls on the mail in votes.

Exit polls protect you from fraud, because historically they only rarely ever disagree with the actual result.

In order to steal an election you would not only need to subvert both the election AND the polls. And not only that, they would need to arrive at THE SAME result.

But we didn't get them, because there is no way to exit poll mail in votes. (One person could have 1000 phone numbers.)

To fraud mail in votes, you must do one of 2 things.

Either:

A: Mail out votes to fake addresses, and then intercept them in the Post Office, so they never arrive (because if they arrive, the carrier would, in most cases, send them back.)

The sorting of letter sized mail in most states is automated. So if you mail them all to one address, then you need exactly ONE corrupt USPS clerk to intercept all of them. Not 2. Not 3. Just 1.

(If you believe conspiracy theories about pedophile groups, then remember that the USPS has a long history of being infiltrated by pedophiles, who use their positions to intercept child porn. Some spend many years building seniority and nobody finds out.)


Option B:

Have a person in the election office print out a bunch of ballots, and then not mail them out at all. Just carry them out of the building in a duffle bag, and fill them out at home.

Just because they were never mailed out doesn't mean they can't be mailed back. The USPS does not track letters going through its system in enough detail to know that a ballot that's being mailed back never was mailed out.

If we look at the number of votes that Trump lost by in those swing states, and we look at the number of poling stations that would need to be compromised in order for that number of votes to be fraudulent. Then we look at the number people in those polling stations who would either need to be actively involved in fraud or who would need to turn a blind eye to fraud committed by somebody else in order for fraud to be committed in the way that people say it was committed.

But most of those states were Trump's, before the mail in votes came in.

So actually you ONLY need fraud to happen when it comes to counting the mail in votes.

The deflection comes from those who make the claim Biden is getting paid by China (1.) Without offering any evidence to back up their claim and (2.) To ignore the fact Trump is in debt to Russian interests.

Making the general statement that people's brains are off if they do not see election fraud is NOT evidence of any short.
