Depending on where, that property in Cali could have been worth a decent amount too given how much literally anything there costs.

To simply sign it over for nothing suggests he was not expecting to survive.

Oh dear...

Looks like the FBI had tips regarding Warner prior to the bombing.

According to CBS News David Begnaud “At least 2 tips were called in to @FBI about Warner, prior to the explosion.”

Well, that was quick!!!

A law enforcement source told CBS News at least one person of interest has been identified in connection to the recreational vehicle that exploded on Christmas morning, rocking downtown Nashville. Multiple sources confirm that Anthony Quinn Warner, a Nashville area resident, had a similar make and model RV as the one in photos released to the public.

Warner was described as a 63-year-old White man. Federal agents are at the address listed to Warner. ...

Person of Interest identified in Nashvill blast

And how is this not racist??? Do you think they would have called out a 63 year old "black" man?????

From the article posted by FCD.

I found this interesting...

Police responded to a call of shots fired early Friday near the AT&T building in downtown Nashville. Instead, they found an RV with clothes and blinds covering the windows. Shortly afterward, the warning of an imminent bomb started blaring and an explosion rocked the area at about 6:30 a.m.

Shell casings have been found at the scene, but the ammunition related to them is believed to have been set off by the large explosion. The scene is very large, and authorities said they are beginning at the "outermost" perimeter of the blast and working their way in.

Seems to be ruled out with any connection to the "shots fired" report earlier in the day.

- Random ordnance left in the R.V. with no intention/connection to the explosion?
- Intentional ordnance left in the R.V. to increase casualties? (hmm doesn't make sense why the countdown then)
- Random ordnance left in a nearby car, or from a nearby building?
- Shell casings from previous spent rounds, NOT set off by explosion, but left in R.V. anyways? (hmmmmm)

Probably the simplest explanations (#1 or #3), but #4 increases the weird quotient of an already bizarre case.

My thoughts exactly. Continuing look more like an elaborate suicide, possibly with some max to grind against AT&T? (or Hooters?)

The property in the quit claim was the Nashville property they raided today.

Why is it that the FBI can be so good at setting up groups like these to get all the kudos, but when it comes to stuff like this, they can get tipped off and tipped off and do nothing until the person in question pops off, usually with great loss of life?

The part I don't understand is, how did the RV sit there from 1am until 5:30-ish am before it was deemed suspicious????

Any large vehicle with no plates is an automatic red flag in any major city! It's like an unattended bag at an airport. Surely a Nashville PD patrol unit drove by it ( and more than once) between 1 and 5:30. (????) In most major cities a vehicle like this would have been towed almost immediately, after a K-9 unit had investigated it. Judging by the size of the blast, a K-9 unit would have alerted on the contents. Sounds like Nashville PD really screwed the pooch on this one!

My misunderstanding. I thought it said he signed over property in California.

The property held the recreational vehicle that went boom yesterday.

I was going to say that we have a kooky neighbor who gets drunk a little too often and once decided it was a grand idea to get his shotgun out and pop it off into the air.

That may account for the shots fired, but if the casings weren't spent prior to the explosion, that takes care of that idea that he simply fired some shots into the air.

Yep, just checked after reading your post. Michelle Swing's FB isn't showing up anymore. While it was up I took screenshots of everything just in case. Nothing suspicious. Looks
like a normal woman unfortunately caught up in this. From Knoxville with a lot of Franklin, TN check-ins.

Even more from heavy.com ....

... Apparently towards the end of November of this year he mysteriously signed over his property to somebody in California, that they (reporters) have not been able to make a connection to yet.

Online records say that Anthony Warner first showed up at the property address with the RV in the 1980s and was there through 2020.

He has relatives with ties to New York state, according to online records. An obituary that appears to be for his father says that Tony Warner wasn’t married but had a brother and sister. The obit says his dad was from Nashville and died there.

A quit claim deed available through Davidson County records shows that on November 25, 2020, Warner, for unclear reasons, gave the property in Antioch to an unmarried Los Angeles, California woman named Michelle Swing for zero dollars. The deed confirms that Warner was unmarried. Michelle L. Swing has ties to Tennessee and is 29 years old, according to online records. Her Facebook page is deleted.

Well, considering there's probably 100,000 RV's like that in America, I'm not sure that twitter link is absolute proof.

Definitely a strange coincidence though, and may well be the one, but I think I'd need a little more evidence than Mr. Ngo's post on Twitter. A serial number match off the engine block might be good.

Yeah, especially the no tags part, and showing up overnight in a metro area, would seem to have warranted closer investigation from LE. IDK hard to speculate, but you're right, that seems like a detail that slipped past the authorities that ought NOT to have gone unnoticed.

They chase phantoms that don't exist like white nationalists or russian bots or they are too busy spying on high profile politcos or business tycoons. Or they wait to see if a bombing or shooting will be favorable politically. Or they just plain have gotten sloppy from being weaponized politically.

Also...Taylor Swift posted a now erased tweet that said "stay out of Nashville on Christmas!"
Which is just even weirder.

I've seen comments that that one was photo-shopped. Mind, that's not proof it was or wasn't.
