The Electoral College results will be affirmed by Congress on January 6.
Joe Biden will be inaugurated on January 20.
There will be no declarations of martial law, no military tribunals, no public executions and no election redos.
Things will continue in this country much as they have for the last century or so.
I hope you’re right and think this same way too. However, if they try to prosecute Trump (I don’t think they will) that could lead to a lot of rebellions and outbreaks across the country. That’s where I think our society will draw a line

The minute he leaves office, a lot of civil cases become active. Here's nine of them
There will likely be others, including ones from contractors he's defaulted on. New York's investigation is likely to hit first. Federal prosecution is less likely -- but even if he gives himself immunity, that's only from federal crimes. Kushner, Ivanka, Don Jr and Eric are also likely to have lawsuits filed against them.
The most likely cases were discussed in this Bloomberg article which, again, says that federal cases may be more problematic. The most likely scenario is that personal lawsuits against him will go forward by women who say he sexually assaulted them as well as the one by his niece. The MLM (multlevel marketing) one is another likely case.
New cases will emerge, I'm sure.
If the courts can force him to testify, that will go strongly in the prosecution's favor. He doesn't stay on track with his remarks, and when he's aggrieved he doesn't answer properly. Prosecutors know this and will line up to have him show up and speak.
So it won't be big dramatic cases. He'll simply be whittled down by the little problems (including potential problems with turning Mar-A-Lago into both a club and his permanent home, which looks like another emerging fight)
Frankly, I don't see MillionMAGA marches being set up over Stormy Daniels or Mary Trump or Palm Beach residency laws, y'know?
See the White House memo here: nationalfile.com...
Sources in the Trump administration confirmed to National File that President Donald Trump’s most vocal advocates within the White House have determined that both U.S. Code and the Constitution contain language that requires Vice President Mike Pence to reject unlawful Electoral College certificates, but Pence must act by no later than Wednesday, December 23rd.

Meanwhile, back on topic.... I can't seem to find the thread now, but there was one saying that Vice President Pence would be leaving the country after January 6th. Maybe it's a safety measure after what he might do on January 6th in relation to who gets elected President of the United States? I could see a lot of these Looney Lefties out there going for blood if their guy doesn't get in. That might put the VP's life at risk. It's something to think about. Maybe the current administration knows something we don't and that's why the VP is going to be "incommunicado" after the 6th?

Maybe you should stay in bed for the next four years. Leaving the house could cause a traumatic reassessment of your world view.

That has absolutely nothing to do with what I posted. Please try to stay on topic. I know it's hard for people like you.

No, the Vice President does not have the authority to reject anything.
See US Constitution Article II, and the Electoral Counting Act.
...
Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Also 5-6 states decided to ignore their own laws and the U.S. Constitution which states all ballots, including mail-in ballots have to be counted by 8pm on November 3rd.
Every vote counted after 8pm November 3rd is ILLEGAL

It's everything to do with what you posted.
You are obviously terrified of a political boogieman and even more scared of changing your mind.
If you can't grow at least a small pair, you're going to spend the next four years soiling yourself.
Let me know if you need that explained in shorter words.

I'm not afraid of anything. You're just not right in the head. Seek some counseling. This is my last word to you. Get help and keep your filthy mouth shut.
