(fyi--my family had to avail ourselves of three food boxes this year (they're very healthy and good--what a blessing!). I've never had to do that before in my life. So I wouldn't presume about the members here)

Send it as extra tax money in your payment to the almighty state this year. No one stops you from doing this.
Give it away to someone you KNOW needs it. or if you are worried about taxes, give it to a charity you know is reputable, a local one like a local food bank, then write it off your taxes.
