I did not know this.

The Obama administration did impede the Trump transition, in fact they went so far as to lie to Trump about being under investigation and that his admin was being actively spied upon. They certainly did meet with Trump and his admin under false pretenses to set them up to attempt to gather intel and incriminating information.

I have not seen anywhere that Trump was under investigation, nor that the Trump administration was ever spied upon.

I have seen that members of the Trump campaign were the subject of investigation.

Personally, this makes me suspicious that this might be about "The Great 2020 Hack". The Post Office, which was hit, seems to have unusually slowed down, the vaccine distribution, which the DOD, also hit, was overseeing, has been cut by 40% and now the Pentagon is reneging on meeting with the Biden team.
