By all means. Please cite an actual audit that verified the ballots counted by municipalities controlled by political machines and political activists were legal. And please cite an independent tally that voting machines bought by municipalities controlled by political machines counted correctly.

It's for the people making accusations of fraud to prove it. No amount of pseudohardball news show posturing can change that.

No. It’s up to people publishing data to have it verified.

What process verifies the voter data released on election night post election.

So these municipalities controlled by political machines buy the voting machines, and dominate the ballot counting process. Then their word is taken after the mathematical spasm of counting votes on election night. With no chance post election for an independent audit to verify accuracy. Does that read as normal and / or best accountability practices concerning published data. And it sure in the hell is not transparent.

If the election is signed off, it's not only normal. It's valid.

Best accounting practice? Nope. But this isn't accounting.

Independent audit? If it's not a legal requirement, it's not a legal requirement.

What's more, how do you balance an audit trail against the voters' right to privacyt?

Is it transparent? Nope. When are politics ever transparent.

There may be a moral argument for what you say but not a legal one.

So what we have is a signed off, formalised status quo.

And, as with any signed off, formalised status quo, it's up to anyone challenging it to prove their assertions.

It's not even close to perfect but, to paraphrase Winston Churchill, it's as good as it gets.

Wouldn't it be funny if a directive signed by obama now over turns bidens election? LOL.

Presidential Policy Directive-41, or PPD-41, which “facilitates continuous and comprehensive coordination for whole-of-government efforts to identify, mitigate, remediate and respond to this incident,” according to a statement from NSC spokesperson John Ullyot. The directive, signed in the last years of then-President Barack Obama’s administration

Best accounting practice? Nope. But this isn't accounting.

One. I think the term I used was published data.

Two. This is more important than “accounting”. With very little oversight for municipalities controlled by political machines.

You

What's more, how do you balance an audit trail against the voters' right to privacyt?

What privacy. Do all the polls workers and observes pass a background check and sign a none disclosure agreement?

What is required to be a polling observer?

Is it transparent? Nope. When are politics ever transparent.

Wtf. That is like saying yes, there is murder. So why fight murder.

Ballot counting should be transparent.

You

There may be a moral argument for what you say but not a legal one.

I think the legal requirement is an accurate ballot count by those legally registered to vote. With one vote per eligible voter.

So what we have is a signed off, formalised status quo.

An entrenched system controlled by political machines that know how to commit fraud, do commit fraud, with no established system to find fraud.

And, as with any signed off, formalised status quo, it's up to anyone challenging it to prove their assertions.

Again. That is not how legitimate published data works. It’s independently verified before being labeled legitimate.

It's not even close to perfect but, to paraphrase Winston Churchill, it's as good as it gets.

This is the USA voting system, not British. There is always room for transparency. As good as it gets? Sort of kills the progressive prospective. It was made worse by expanding voting laws by bypassing legislatures. Expanding and loosening restrictions concerning mail in voting, opening up drop boxes with no measures to prevent ballot stuffing, and mass mailing out mail in ballots in the millions. Mail in voting is known to be susceptible to voter fraud, and is not used in many countries. And the on going use of Dominion voting machines that have an earned bad reputation.

Most developed countries ban absentee ballots unless the citizen is living abroad or require Photo-IDs to obtain those ballots. Even higher percentages of European Union or other European countries ban absentee for in country voters. In addition, some countries that allow voting by mail for citizens living the country don’t allow it for everyone. For example, Japan and Poland have limited mail-in voting to those who have special certificates verifying that they are disabled.

papers.ssrn.com...

There is hell of a lot of room for improvements. And the democrats moved the US farther from secure and credible elections.

Great thread ty..

This was a big hack. These peeples are the experts at cyber security. They got walked through with a novel range of attacks not seen before in the industry.

The company also had a huge arsenal of cyber weapons too. These may now be the hands of the culprits.

It is the reasons the Pentagon Imposes Emergency Shutdown of Its Secret Internet Protocol Router

and

Its of note this is off the back of Cyber Polygon 2020. A globalist agenda not de similar to Event (201) Relating to a viral outbreak.. Cyber Polygon event concluded that a large scale cyber attack would pale the pandemic into insignificance.

Scary thing it might be happening. It didnt really make the news. I and others saw it. A month ago or so. Nearly all social media glitches. All from the big boys to the small decentralised ones too. At the same time big giants like netflix and youtub and many others glitched too. This was not a ddos attack. These all had a spanner put in the works. This was a test. Remember the other day Google got knocked out. First time ever. The waters are being tested and something may well come of this.

and this all ties in the present situation. On the back of the Election hacks too and the evident links between Domion and solar winds. Its easy to blame China and they did have a role to play. (the 400 million into Domion) But also ties into the deepstate.

I know they symbology and yes it will be there downfall 33.000k customers hacked and 18000 used aa Trojon version of the Orion (Osiris) platform. This is codespeak and its a deep state operation.

This is a silent war but its very real.

If fraud may have taken place on a large scale then it is prudent to look at it before coming to conclusion. IN this case it has not happened.

To defend such action without looking at the evidence is to be an enemy of the freedom the world over.

there was a ton of information out there initially, seems like the deeper I try to dig on this hack the harder it is to gather information.

At the very Least Solar Winds is toast, shame they seemed to have some really good software for network usage.

most recent article that slipped past the google censors suggested this could end up dwarfing the OPM hack several years ago with the added issues of being all across the spectrum of govt departments and multiple fortune 500 companies.

What is making me nervous right now is what I am not reading, if it was a simple hack (IE just damage to us plebians) we would have much more information to read through.

Dark Halo

Don't have time to go into more details right now because I'm swamped....I'll have to come back later. But for those people with time and sleuthing skills.... Both SolarWinds and Duo Security were given VC money from Lead Edge Capital. Maybe a clue. Maybe coincidence.

Lead Edge Capital Management

Well, I don't think there's anything shady about "Lead Edge Capital" giving money to "Duo Security", because the co-founder & CEO of Duo (Dug Song) is one of the Partners and Duo is among the companies in Lead Edge's investment portfolio...

I couldn't find any similar type 'link' between SolarWinds and Lead Edge, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything, as it could be that the money was payment for use of SolarWinds software for Lead Edge's computer systems...or they could be a newer addition to the portfolio, so haven't been added to the list yet..

The most intriguing info is in your "Dark Halo" link - the investigation by the "Veloxity" cyber security firm, which found that a "threat actor" (cyber attacker) they discovered in a series of investigations starting in late 2019, is actually the same perpetrator of the current FireEye/SolarWinds cyber attacks!!

I encourage everyone in this thread to read the info at CIAGypsy's "Dark Halo" link above, as it outlines the correlations showing how they realized it's the same hackers in both cases - fascinating reading too.

What's also really intriguing is the 'victim' of the cyber security breaches which Veloxity was investigating - a Think Tank!
They don't give the name of it, only that it's located in the US...

Your take, OP is exactly the same as my own.

As soon as I heard it was a Russian hack... what I knew for sure is it wasn't Russia. It's China... or China and some bad actors in the deep state here in the U.S.

It is for sure, part of the smoke screen for The Big Steal

Why are they running on older protocols to begin with? It boogles the mind.

Someone got their hands on their "secret sauce" and it looks like they're pourin it on errthang. And Fireeye runs with them enterprise and higher clients, small dogs stay on the porch. No telling what kind of kits and deployments they developed to sniff around the WANs of clients like the Gov of New Zealand or Boeing or GE, ya dig.

You acquire the tools, then spend what, mere days getting the servers and software packages together. Unless your doing an heroic amount of drugs, you would have to have a team set these things up prior to hitting FireEye to begin with.

Have the secure servers on standby (which you got anyways cuz thats what you do), acquire the tools, slice up the package and diviy each slice to each squad based on skill, let it bake, then you can get nasty.

Heck, this is just one tool! What if they decide to get... aggressive?

Everything with Trump seems anchored by Russia. Trump fires Krebs then we get hacked...by Russia, according to most reputable sources.

Yet OP implies a head fake to China, with no evidence?

And conveniently, the latest MAGA talking point is to blame China, link China to Biden, Biden to China and label all Dems and conservative Biden supporters as "communists".

It would be funny if it wasn't such a threat to national security.

I'd like to hear Krebs' take on the hack.

Once again, in hindsight, President Trump makes another good and wise decision!

More Egg-on-Face for the Main Stream Media:

Many in the media wanted to talk to Christopher Krebs, the nation’s former top cybersecurity official, when he disputed President Trump’s unproven allegations of voter fraud.

But his name appears to come up less frequently now that his former agency is being scrutinized in the wake of an apparent Russian cyber attack that began in March but was only publicly revealed this week.

Krebs headed the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) until Trump fired him in November. He had called the 2020 election "the most secure in American history" and said there was no evidence of changed, deleted, lost or otherwise compromised votes.
Source: www.foxnews.com...

It's funny how FoxNews has also joined the liberal media idiots who blame Russia for so much damage, even though the officials in charge of investigating the big Cyber-Attacks haven't assigned responsibility to any nation yet. (FoxNews was Pro-Biden until a little birdie told them what's coming.)

It tells me somebody was scrambling to upgrade their encryption ciphers from say like late 90's/early 2000's to say like 2010ish. Seeing the Rivest Cipher 4 (RC4) on the list gave me a warm nostalgic feeling, which is not good at all from a security perspective.

I mean FFS if AES-256 (still using block ciphering it looks like instead more modern counter based methods) is the strongest cipher in your toolkit......just wow.
