Interesting video, excuse the source.
Weird shape on this one and seems to change shape too.

I was driving north on Simcoe street in oshawa, when I spotted this ufo, I pulled into a plaza and started recording, it was amazing, I have been a ufo believer since I was 15 and I couldn't believe my eyes, I finally seen one and I'm 57 now , it was worth the wait!!

Pause the video at 1.01 and it looks like this

Whats going on here?!
A drone with lights? I dont think its a balloon they dont seem like reflections they look like lights to me.
And what about its shape at 1.01?

Could be an outfitted drone...

Probably a balloon with the sun reflecting off of it.

Cool video. Definitely made me do a double take. But I think Automate is correct. It’s a Mylar ballon and the sun is setting. Creating more of a glow from the reflection.

I second the balloon hypothesis. It looks like a shiny mylar balloon gently rotating in a breeze. I just wish it could have been a little more shakey lol.

Thats from my neck of the woods....I used to live in Peterborough and now in Ottawa.
Oshawa was a a place I have been through many of times and used to travel through Whitby often while passing through Oshawa...thanks for the local and thanks for posting this.
My ufo sighting took place in Ottawa off of Shirleys Bay....the place where Wilber Smith did project magnet.

Nice find ... I have seen a few sightings over the years . last one last year , this year I saw some pilot post a video of one that looked exactly like I saw , a black ball the size of a suv

Scott has a number of balloon videos on his site and this appears to be one to add to the collection.

What eye see....it appears to have a hexagonal (or octagonal) base, and then continues to maintain the hexagonal (or octagonal) shape tapering upward ... like an overall hexagonal (or octagonal) shaped pyramid/cone. At its top to bottom length, it looks to have 2 sections joined together.

One thing I notice is that the light never seems to face the camera. It is always directed toward the Sun. Even when it appears to be turning .

Those reflections are very bright, look more like lights.

This is interesting...
Im going through my new MUFON case reports and two reports just came in from Castor Alberta that describe what I think is the object in this video.
The 2 Alberta sightings happened Dec 12.
Two witnesses, separated by a 15 minute drive.

Of course this is just a preliminary comment.
They are probably unrelated.
Just found it interesting that both these witnesses describe something similar to what is seen in this video, but across the country.

And, I just got the original video of this from the actual source.
They submitted a report to me - Mufon Canada.

Im going to take this case on personally.

As for the lights....I’ll hop on the suns reflection on parts of the object on its erratic trajectory downward bandwagon.

You would think “advanced” aliens would have “advanced” stabilization systems on their crafts.

Yes i suppose so if it was an alien craft. But no one is claiming it is..
