Did you watch the video? thus the question, Would they get a hold of the ballots and other information from each state was the question, therefore, inferring there would be issues getting this from every state, that said he explains the process and what needs to be done in each state to get such information. Of course, you didn't watch the video, I do that many times on here myself. In the video, he states clearly it has to be done through each state, not by your half-cocked emotionally unbalanced reaction that it would be done by federal fiat.

I promise next time to add the caveat "Dear Phage watching the video is extremely pertinent to this comment"

I seldom watch youtube videos. I find written arguments more amenable to analysis. Maybe I have some sort of cognitive disability in regard to that. Or maybe I'm just old fashioned.

But it seems, from your description, that they agree with my assessment. It's a matter of states' rights. Right?

All we ask for is evidence.

If you claim you know there is proof of fraud or proof Trump won but offer no evidence, how can one take the claims seriously?

Keep in mind, some 50ish cases were thrown out of court. Lawyers for team Trump said multiple times while in court that they are not alledging fraud or the case is not about fraud, but again you guys insist there is proof, but again have yet to provide a shred of evidence.

For example there was a county in Georgia where a batch of 50 ballots were counted twice, the director of elections initially tried to blame the Dominion software but the investigation suggests that a batch had to have been scanned twice.

While it was only 50 votes, it shows the recount/audit was successful in finding problems. While the official who did this claims it was an honest mistake, the investigation now not over and she may face consequences.
