Judging by her testimony I wouldn't rule it out , she also just got off a 12 month probation for some naughtiness with computers so not a paragon of virtue either.
As for her sobriety at the hearing , that's for the viewer to judge.

Anyone can say they've been threatened. Does she have proof. Notes, emails, phone calls, text messages? Any cops looking into these supposed threats.

Tell you what, when she provides some kind of proof that there were zero registered voters on the poll registers/rolls, maybe I'll consider believing other wild accusations.

So again, no, it is not widely known that Trump whistleblowers are being threatened. What is widely known is that election workers, lawmakers and their families have been widely threatened, to the point where law enforcement became involved.

If Sook says they saw them say it I believe Sook , as to whether what the person said was true how would I know , I wasn't there and don't know who the person is.

She didn't. She blurted out reasons why she should be taken seriously. She said she lost family and friends. That would not be illegal threats, that's family and friends cutting off a crazy person. ..a crazy person that accused a lawmaker of "doing something crazy" with the voter rolls, that she claimed had zero registered voters on them.

She presented no facts, just wild claim of victimhood as proof of her righteousness. She offered as proof that she signed a paper saying she would go to jail if she lied. But that piece of paper said nothing about threats, zero registered voters or trifled with voter registration rolls. That piece of paper talked about paper jams.

The public hearings, in fact, were about what people say they witnessed at polling and counting places, not about them being threatened for being good little Trumpettes.

When election workers, lawmakers and their families were threatened, law enforcement became involved. Show me law enforcement becoming involved in threats to Trump whistleblowers. And please, don't use the video in the OP as proof, because it proves nothing.
