Looks like you missed this the first time:

No other states are on the docket at this time.

Missouri is, now.

But is the Galactic Federation supporting Texas in this lawsuit? Because that's the only way this B.S. stands a chance.

Missouri and the other states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia) have filled a join Amici (friends of the court) brief. They haven't joined Texas a Plaintiffs.

That's nice, it doesn't change the fact that all those earlier claims by the other posters were 100% bull.

CNN is really angry about this. That's an excellent sign that what's going on is substantial.

Holy smokes! No way the Supreme Court will be able to trash-can this one.

Of course will the supreme court not make it too obvious that they can not deny and judge this case. Thats why they will appoint a commission to investigate the fraud... You know..how they served and pleased the people with the warren commission when JFK got murdered...and the 911 commission when 3000 civilians and many many police officers and firemen got killed....o..and not to forget two large expensive buildings collapsed.

The Supreme Court didn't appoint the President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy, Johnson did by Executive Order.

And now that Trump has filed a motion to intervene it's going to be scrumptious tomorrow. Truly and amazingly delicious.

His motion is just a rehash of all his whiney claims.

Thank you for posting the images! If the Supreme Court ties down this case, they will have to write something of substance explaining why.

lets be honest, the odds of the supreme court over turning things is pretty small they usually try to avoid cases that will cause extreme political/societal issues.

so they may rule they may do a super narrow ruling that lets biden become president but hammers the "questionable" decision making of some states for future elections.

the smallest chance of happening in my opinion is over turning the election in favor of trump.

So dont get to spun up try to relax and enjoy the unusual times we are living in.
