SCOTUS ignored a significant coup attempt.

Our Constitution has won out again.

States did follow the Constitution and their own laws.

The "changes" to the laws were made in all 50 states.

Are you really claiming that for example Pennsylvania extending their mail in ballot deadline by three days, cutting off anything postmarked after Eleciton day, keeping those ballots separated and finding that those ballots (which had no issues) didn't change the results of the election ... tell me how that is blown up to some expansive States are not following the Constuttion.

IN fact, the Supreme Court upheld the Constution today. We are a nation composed of sovereign states. No State is going to dictate the laws of another state.

And let's face it ... as a very few honest Trump supporters have admitted over the last few weeks ... they don't care about anything except Trump being the next President.

Time to stop denying reality.

Incorrect. Election day isn't established in the Constitution, it was set up by Congress in 1845.

There used to be a 34 day window for voting.

We're in the midst of an unprecedented pandemic. Your argument boils down to a distaste for Americans having their votes counted. If there were a higher proportion of fraudulent votes you might have a point, but that hasn't been demonstrated in the least.

MAJOR UPDATE

Attorney Sidney Powell is resubmitting the Texas case in 4 parts, customized for Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin as individual defendants.

The 4 submissions will demonstrate Constitutional violations, and contain solid evidence of massive election fraud, as well.

The Texas case against these 4 states was turned down yesterday by the Supreme Court, due to lack of STANDING. (i.e. Texas wasn't damaged by any laws broken in PA-GA-MI-WI)

However, The Plaintiff(s) of these 4 cases submitted by Sidney Powell WILL have standing.

For that reason, the SCOTUS will be forced to look at the Evidence, instead of discarding these cases based on lack of standing.

Tweet from Ms. Powell last night: twitter.com...

Go Sidney!

This isn't true. I've worked as an election judge in Texas. Some of our polling stations (presidential election) didn't turn in their ballots until 3 am (I know this because I helped out a judge who had to close a large polling station and we didn't get finished until 2 am.)

Sidney Powell??? The crazy lady who thinks that Hugo Chavez is behind everything, presumably via an Ouija board? This will go nowhere and will be overtaken by the Electoral College meeting on Monday and making Biden's victory official. It's over. Trump needs to start helping Melania with the move back to Florida, as she's apparently long since already seen reality and started to pack up.
