Who did they say it to specifically? Did they tell everyone to leave or just some people?
Has the person who is being accused come forward or been made to appear in court?

LMAO, Those weren't suitcases. They were standard ballet containers. The ones inside the container had already been removed and processed while observers from the trump campaign and GOP were present. Removing ballets from the envelopes involves matching signatures while observers were present, a different process. Also, observers were never told to leave. They were there and left on their own after all the ballets were opened, and they could return anytime they wanted.

My god the conspiracy theories rampant here is laughable even for this site. It's hard to tell sometimes since a lot of the complaints seem to get entangled. However... depending on who was working, there are restrictions on how long an hourly worker can work. Here in Texas, the election workers such as myself are only paid to work a certain number of hours and the supervisors will send them home rather than make them work without pay. Supervisors are paid a flat salary and will stay to work as long as is needed.

So, yes, without fraud they could say "we're sending everybody home" because they were not going to get paid if they stayed. And yes, they could have stayed to cut down the mound of work. The supervisor I'm familiar with here in Texas will work a 24 hour+ shift on election (whether local or national election.)

IN ADDITION the state election officials (who are Republican) have seen the tapes and reviewed the pay slips have said "there's no hanky-panky." These are the people who would know if there was some sort of malarkey happening.

In the posts about "fraud" I saw no discussion of who the workers were or who stayed. I saw no discussion of the actual process used by anyone who's ever worked with those systems in that state. I saw a lot of heated remarks by people who've never worked voter registration or elections and who don't have any idea how either are done (except by reading websites and sometimes they don't read them carefully.

That was a misidentification -- and you can't count or handle ballots in any state until you've been certified by that state.
They don't round up just anyone to let you do that. Those folks had to pass screenings, including a background check AND they had to have training.

You can't just show up and say "hey! I want to count ballots!" even if you're the president of the US.
