Lin Wood & the GOP

I've been watching over the past 2 days as the GOP and Conservative media are turning on Lin Wood for his comments in GA. This started with Breitbart questioning whether Wood is a Democrat in disguise who is trying to discourage Republicans from showing up for the GA runoff election. Breitbart used the "evidence" that Wood had donated to Democrats in the past and appears to have never voted for Trump at any point in the past.

First of all, I am a big Breitbart fan. I've followed Breitbart for years. However, one thing has become increasingly clear in the past 4 years.....just because someone claims to be 'Conservative' or for the 'GOP' does NOT mean they are pro-Trump. This is why Trump said DRAIN THE SWAMP. Trump was NOT targeting just Democrats. Trump was targeting ANYONE AND EVERYONE, both elected and appointed to high ranking government positions, who are using their position to enrich themselves at the expense of the country and constitution. This is EXACTLY why you have Rinos out there who can't stand Trump and have been on the Never Trump bandwagon from the beginning. We've seen individual after individual after individual who claimed to be on Trump's side only to actually be working to undermine him and his agenda from the very beginning.

So after 4 years, I'm naturally suspicious of everyone who "claims" to be on Trump's side.

Now let's look at the case of Lin Wood. I watched the Stop the Steal press conference as it was happening. It is TRUE that Lin Wood told Conservative voters NOT to vote in the run-off election....and if you take what he said out of the context in which he said it...I agree that on its own, it would be suspicious.

BUT YOU CAN'T TAKE IT OUT OF CONTEXT. If you look at EVERYTHING he said, he was NOT working against Trump or against Loeffler & Perdue. What he said was:

* we have enough evidence to KNOW that the Dominion voting machines in GA were being used fraudulently to flip votes, fake votes, and pad votes. So WHY ON EARTH would you expect the runoff election to operate ANY DIFFERENTLY?

* he called on Perdue & Loeffler, Trump, and the people of Georgia to DEMAND that there is no confidence in the Dominion voting machines and therefore Kemp needs to call A SPECIAL SESSION of the legislature to determine the electors. This would result in TRUMP winning Georgia.

* he also called for the Dominion machines to tossed out for the runoff election. Back to paper ballot and a validated hand-count for Loeffler & Perdue runoff.

Those things don't sound to me much like Lin Wood is secretly trying to undermine Trump, Loeffler, or Perdue. He made valid arguments and offered up solutions about how the PEOPLE and POLITICIANS INVOLVED could respond to the fraud in a legitimate way.

I know many people were a bit shocked by the way Tucker Carlson seemed to do an about-face and throw Sidney Powell under the bus 2 weeks ago. Now the same is happening with Lin Wood. Ask yourselves WHY..... This was not done in vacuum.

Reminds me of ATS in a way. Long ago I used to be extremely suspicious of your posts CIAGypsy. I just had a real hard time trusting the 'Bride of Lucifer'... Eventually though I learned, you have to look at peoples actions and not just what they SAY...

This is why I love Sidney Powell & Lin Wood. When I saw them up on that platform at "Stop the Steal" I literally had tears in my eyes because I knew I was looking at two TRUE American heroes... Their ACTIONS are what tell me this. NOT their words.

You offer very valid points here Mr. Gypsy. I wondered at how his statements were removed from the context in which he spoke them. Once again we can see just how dangerous ''sound bites'' can be to how we communicate and how we gather our truth.

I agree CIA Gypsy Lin Wood might not be everybody's Republican but he damn sure isn't a Democrat. Perdue and Loffler ought to be really concerned about the voting systems in Georgia.

LOL makes sure they have plumbers ready at State Farm Arena, observers, everywhere and make sure when an official tells them to leave that counting is over. Tell them I'll wait and walk you to your car.

Life has a funny way of shaking things up when we least expect it. There are people on ATS whom I have been friends with for years and, yet, we are now on opposites sides of the aisle on the political issues. Just as there are those people whom I have sparred with and debated whom now find our positions aligned.

Who knows...maybe our divine creator is having a big laugh (or cry) at our expense?

But at the end of the day, we ultimately have to be willing to stand up for our convictions. I believe this is what Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are doing. That is what I am doing.

I can't really fault Sidney Powell after the WH seems to have just dropped her like a radioactive turd. Carlson though, he actually IS a turd. Faux has now officially EARNED that moniker...

Governor Kemp looks dirty with the GA vote a mess. Dominion has lost its integrity with all that is coming out. To have another run off election based on these systems is just going to be another disaster. I can see those that are trying to fix the election wanting to keep this election fraud going.

If these corrupt voting systems should happen to burn down one night i expect there would be a lot of public relief over the issues of election integrity.

Well, you see, that's the problem. Many of the 74 Million people who voted for Trump do NOT think the claims are "baseless." And the data seems to agree with us....

1. Biden allegedly got 80 million votes, which is more than Obama received at his peak, in 2008 – and Biden did this despite losing minority voters to Donald Trump and trailing Trump in voter enthusiasm.

2. Biden broke 60 years of precedent by winning nationally despite losing prodigiously in bellwether states and counties. The last time this happened was when the mafia got out the vote for John F. Kennedy in 1960.

3. Trump had extraordinary coattails, so much so that even the New York Times admitted that the “Democrats Suffered Crushing Down-Ballot Losses Across America.” Think about that: Biden had no coattails and no enthusiasm, yet he allegedly won a record number of votes. Smells fetid to me.

4. Biden barely made it through the primaries, while Trump soared, with Trump’s performance being a historically sure sign of voter enthusiasm and probable victory – yet Biden, again, allegedly scored an equally historically strong victory.

5. Trump exceeded his original vote count by the largest margin for any incumbent in American history. He got 10 million more votes than before; by contrast, Obama, in 2012, got 3.5 million fewer votes than in 2008.

6. Trump’s support among blacks grew by 50%, while Biden’s fell below the important 90%-mark that Democrat candidates need to secure victory.

7. In the Rust Belt, Biden lost black support everywhere except in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. In those cities, every single black person apparently voted for Biden.

8. While pollsters can and do manipulate polling outcomes, non-polling metrics (historical norms such as the economy, enthusiasm, etc.) have never been wrong – only we’re being told that this year was the exception.

14. Dominion and ES&S voting machines were created to have back doors and specific functions to manipulate votes either at the machine or over the internet.

15. Fox News’s behavior on election night (refusing to call pro-Trump outcomes while prematurely calling Arizona for Biden) was so abnormal that Vegas oddsmakers instantly assumed that the fix was in.

16. The allegedly late-arriving mailed-in ballots increased Biden’s equally alleged lead with statistically impossible perfection and stability.

17. There were anomalies in Virginia that suggested that computers were subtracting votes from Trump and, sometimes, giving them to Biden.

20. In all the contested areas, and at Dominion’s website, Democrats have been systematically failing to create or have destroyed all data that could be used to demonstrate fraud. This creates the legal presumption that the data do, in fact, show fraud.

That's fine. You're free to believe what you want. But no court has credited any of these meritless claims of fraud or the purported "evidence" that supports such claims. And luckily for the rest of us in this country, we settle disputes through the judicial system, and not based upon what dribble you have chosen to believe.

I mean does it not strike you as telling that these supposed "thousands" of affidavits have not been submitted to courts and the few that have been submitted have been dismissed out of hand? Or are you part of the cadre that believes that all of the judicial branch is corrupt?

At any rate, Lin Wood's crazy claims are only helping Dems, regardless whether he knows/intends it to be that way, and if he wasn't doing long-term damage to the country, I would be all for his crazy rant continuing.

Knowing how the Democrats have stacked the courts in these districts, no it does not surprise me. There have been activist judges on the bench for well over a decade now and it is getting much worse. Why do you think the Democrats are talking about packing the Court? This is just par for the course.

ETA - your choice of words - "meritless" - is actually pretty offensive which is exactly why you chose it. Just because these judges and government officials are in on the coup does NOT make the evidence WHICH WE ALL SEE something "meritless." This attitude and the blatant attempt to steal our election from our RIGHTFUL president is exactly why I believe we are going to end up in another Civil War.

I wonder, if Vegas oddsmakers ever dropped bets because they knew the fix was in?

best to leave sock puppets alone gypsy. Its obvious to the people who are honest that fraud went on. Southern courts are notoriously CROOKED and they always side with who pays their checks,and not the law in cases like this.

You make is sound like a dismissed case is a win for the Democrats. This is deceptive reporting, but not uncommon these days. In a case like wide scale and organized election fraud what a dismissal does is move the case up to a higher court on appeal.

With all these lower courts quickly dismissing cases, the cases get to the Supreme Court quicker. This is the court case that matters. Similar thing happened with Bush v Gore. If you are interested in what evidence is progressing through the courts:

In looking for a lawful response to the election conflicts going on, getting a legal order to seize all the Dominion machines in GA is a more appropriate way to take out this influence in the next election, which sounds soon.

I don't know if the courts can do it in time or have the political will to enforce it. There are multiple vectors of evidence that all support a corrupted election process.
