I really wish people would abandon facebook and twitter in droves, but I do understand that right now, they ARE social media. Where else would all of them go? I'm not sure Parler is up to the task.

I too posted several months ago a prediction of a 130% democrat voter turnout. Now it looks like I lowballed it.

In the 2008 and 2012 elections in GA, I personally witnessed my votes being switched from Democrat to Republican, necessitating that I go back to page 1 on the machine and recast them. I'm glad that this year they printed out the votes from the card and let us verify them and then submitted the printed versions to be counted.

Maybe you need to tell the legislative committee that, since they officially referred to it as a hearing. They obviously need your guidance.

Well, that's one step. However, all the machine did in that case was print out your ballot; it wasn't "counted" until the paper ballot was scanned (by another machine). This is where the fraud enters the picture.

If the machines truly switched votes, that is fraud.

I however do not believe it is fraud if someone signed the ballot in one color ink, and the envelope in another.
Some stuff like that is just crazy. Matching signature is another. I mentioned in another post.
My moms signature was flagged as not matching. She's had the same signature for 74 years, she also has a neat signature, so it's not something that is wild or would look different.

I think some of the "fraud" the Trump campaign is going after in Wisconsin is crazy. If people could sign the envelopes during his election, they should be able to do it during this one. They are looking for loopholes and trying to throw out votes based on odd technicalities. That is very different to me than a machine changing votes....

In the process of watching this. It is from March but it is quite an eye opener and a preview of Garland Favarito. He sounds like he knows his stuff and answers some very good questions from the audience during the presentation.

I think this is such a good point. I think we as the public need to do a better job at reporting these things.
Not in this election but the last one an election worker tried to intimidate me. I provided a legal DL, and she insisted on
a SS card in addition. I said NO. There was a gigantic sign over her head that said a valid current state DL was all that was required and I read it to her slowly and loudly. She got the message and stopped...

Looking at the short version, which is about as long as the long version (lol), and I think you should take your own advice.

This is not saying scrubbing didn't occur and offices aren't vacant.
It is offering an explanation (or excuse) as to why it occurred. In other words it did occur.

If you look at Politifact sources they are Dominion and Smartmatic. Who does Dominion use as a source? "election officials". We have hundreds of affidavits alleging various irregularities. Of course all these people that are being accused of improprieties would claim it's "lies" and that there is "no evidence", without attaching any human names to those claims.

If the legislature of that state changed the laws after the last election, that is the law that must be followed. Trump is going after the state itself for not following their own election laws, and for fraud. His team isn't just nitpicking. When you have corrupt individuals in key places who refuse to cooperate, you have to look for ways to get past them to expose the corruption.

If Trump actually got his hands o a machine used in the actual election, then this in itself is a serious worry, because I can't imagine that he got it through legal means.

If it's not an actual voting machine form the actual elections, and it's just one that his team has tampered with then it's not proof that any other's have been tampered with, only proof that this specific machine has been tampered with.
