Let me recap my 2020 for you.

It started out with a bang, when I lost a daughter that came out early and had to deal with cremation and picking out erns because it was too hard on my wife.
That was fun.
Now I'm trying to keep her sane in an absolute batsh!t crazy world full of politicians playing hostage with society using covid and blm bs.
A real fn chore since both of our parents watch the tube and are losing their gd minds over covid in their golden years.
And now she is pregnant with a healthy boy whose due in April.
So I'm balancing trying to keep biz alive while keeping a baby alive by making sure she isn't full of stress cortisol and
from political induced anxiety.
Sometimes you just gotta laugh my dude.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Happy to hear you have another baby coming in the spring. I can’t begin to imagine how hard this has all been for you.

I have depression, which is a mental illness, so I am mentally ill. I’m on meds for it which helps. Especially in this godforsaken year.

I feel for you. My husband, who is now permanently in a nursing home after having a debilitating stroke, has paranoid schizophrenia, has had it for a long time. He is taking meds for it. There were some rough times in our 28 year marriage because of it. He’s had bouts of paranoia, and had a difficult time holding down a job. Even at the nursing home, he still sometimes says that they are being mean to him when they are doing nothing of the sort. I’ve learned a long time ago to gently steer him away from where he’s trying to take the conversation about these things.

Mental illness sure can teach us all humility. There is still a stigma about it. I’m not afraid to say I am mentally ill. I was for a long time though.

My thoughts are with you that you have peace and serenity. It’s hard enough having a mental illness in the best of times. But in a year like this, it’s a whole new level of adversity. Take care.

Ever heard that the crazies are really the sane ones, and the sane ones are the ones in denial...

Thank you, seriously, it was a battle.
Yes, we are VERY excited now!
I'll hopefully get some pics up soon.

My only advise here...
Everyone needs to identify the mind games being played in politics and media
and make an effort to disconnect from it.
Take time out for yourselves, doing only fun stuff you enjoy.
You have literally schedule it, if you're always busy.
The internet or politcs on the internet revolve around negativity, so if that's your playground, it can switch you to pessimistic without even realizing it.

Don't be silly. I'm surrounded by monitors editing EPK content. ATS just happens to be on one of them. btw I can multi task like a boss. The studio never shuts down. Union proud, Union Strong. But also a producer/director free lance contractor working for other creators in various studios or locations, also SAG... Livin the dream!

www.marketwatch.com...

Guess where Netflix corp offices and studio is...

Any other questions?

I can multitask at dinner, I can clean my plate off before the wife gets her dinner all at the table.

Serious multitasking requires you to take everything in quickly and poop everything out so people will buy the crap.

Dude? Seriously?

We're all a little nuts.

Everyone is.

This is the simple truth right here 👆

I like to add that mental illness is a scale, let's say 1-100.
Society as a whole could be an average of let's say between 5-10, but the further up the scale you are, the more mentally ill you are. eg if you are at great risk of harming yourself or others, you could be above 80.

I'm currently around 50 I reckon, but have been much worse in the past (pre meds and treatment)

Side note, I'm also starting to believe that learning and practicing being in the present is a huge help, but also part of my brain tells me that's just ignoring stuff.

Anyway or whatever reasons some people have to work harder at dealing with life and their ego, and some people simply have trouble working at it at all.

That's my simple way of looking at it.

I've been a member of "Schizophrenic" club since 2000, started off really strong but gradually got better and better and easier to cope with it.

Whats helped me now is living out in the Countryside! I would suggest you try it for yourself. there's hardly any noise out here and living in Nature with wildlife around really helps. I found the City to be too Claustrophobic with too many people living in it and too much noise... add to that no nature and wildlife (hardly anyway) and you see what's the best solution.

It's actually Scientific proof that Nature and Wildlife help with Mental illness, that's why I think the Cities became as they are... not only for the amount of money that can be made but to keep people from being healthy and sane

First don't give up. By reaching out you apparently want to solve your situation. Also, many others here on ATS are useless whom project stupidity as a birthright.

With respect to "Sleep Paralysis" take a look at the Paranormal thread written by sled735 and my entries as I reached out to her on page 378. Use "waterglass" as a keyword to search each page to save you time. My road has led to many arenas. As a result you may be own your own as many physicians and "experts" are closed mind. You will find many never respond or try to torpedo the message. That being said why? Why? Because something is obviously going on.

The Thread Subject is:

Has Anyone Had More Than One Type of Paranormal Experience?

My 1st public entry begins on page 378. Prior to that I communicated with her via PM. Before you think your "off" read my entries. Also, I recommend that your buy a book written by Louis Proud; its titled Dark Intrusions. What shook me is that he wrote about the "muffled" music or people talking just beyond our comprehension to understand what is being said or played. Same experience that I had. As you know how ATS works my entries are like a diary. I wrote what I wrote as I experienced them. Its true, factual and accurate.

Here's one link. You can also buy it on Amazon:

Dark Intrusions An Investigation into the Paranormal Nature of Sleep Paralysis Experiences

Also, look into another paranormal investigator; Richard Dolan of Rochester, New York. For under $7 a month you can join and access his members information. Much cheaper than a shrink. You will find there are many others out there are like you with similar symptoms.

Richard Dolan

Other than Sleep Paralysis I don't have what you have. I am also not a doctor.

Augustus? A doc once told me it take a quite sane person to know something's not right.

It's the rest of the world that says "Hey! There's nothing wrong with me!!"...that you gotta watch.
