Freaking amazing that some will conclude based on that clip that votes were being flipped when the video offers nothing. This is more than grasping at straws here.

So many on hear refuse to listen to or accept rational explanations on why we do not have proof of widespread fraud or what is considered evidence but see a video like this and jump to the conclusion that it proves what they want to be true.

No amount of data or facts will change their mind. Their confirmation bias is too strong.

Wrong, it is a known fact that Soros gets involved in other countries' elections as well and uses dirty tactics to win elections through fraud to impose socialism in those nations. Every single AG that Soros has helped win elections in the U.S. have broken laws, and ignored crimes while bailing out criminals, and in some cases making the AG change the law so that criminals don't have to pay for bail...

In Calihellfronia criminals can steal $950 U.S. D. and they face no felony charges.
