Nothing was ever impounded or even ordered impounded. He just ordered "the status quo" to be maintained. He also didn't consider any evidence. It was merely a request by the plaintiffs that was granted because the judge determined no harm would result to the defendants. Anyway, the judge has already rescinded the order.

Statistically speaking the judicial branch in minor courts have been broken since 2012 as 90 percent of law suits that have been pro right in essense have been ruled against by the judicial brancy until it reaches the upper courts, Many what should be simple decisions have been reversed at or near the top level Scotus. Although, as ridiculous as this story sounds (it may be true) so does your claim it is false because left leaning judges are ruling against a suit that if decided for would be huge for the right.

In addition, some judges at the bottom know if they rule for it will still be appealed by the state and have the same affect of going to the top to be ruled on.

GA SoS Raffensberger and Governor Kemp are guilty of at a minimum, gross negligence, if not downright criminal conspiracy.

No. Finding out there is no real auditing process to ensure accuracy, and no way to force political machines in charge of cities/state to a actively invest voter fraud cases and prosecute has killed faith in the election process.

I find it hilarious how people are so adamant about no fraud at all lmao. Anyone with common sense can see what happened.

My question is, why are people so against an audit or even letting this play out in the legal world? It's like they are sooooo angry but for what? You would think if someone was so confident they won that they would welcome an audit just to make the victory that much sweeter.

It's almost as though they are mad that the fraud was so blatant and obvious and that they should have cheated better. They hate Trump that much to the point they are willing to overlook fraud in order to get him out.

Funny thing is that the media is the one to blame for all this hatred they planted in the public and we all knew the media has been BS for a long time but all of a sudden people want to agree with them? Fact is, there is tons of evidence of fraud. First hand witnesses, hundreds of them. Numerical and statistical anomalies are not just an expert opinion but also evidence admissible in court.

I don't care what the outcome is, we as a country literally need to clear this up once and for all to ensure the confidence in our elections and if not, our country will no longer be our country.

Judges across the idealogical spectrum are ruling against trump, Wood, and Powell, and at all levels (trial court to appellate court). And unless you have links to back up claimed “statistics” we will assume your stats are made up.
