Hello, I have been trying to figure out how to upload images forever. I have an iPhone six, and hey iPad Pro. Apple products seem to save images automatically as a JPEG, where ATS Stubbornly requires a JPG. Would it be so hard to make a JPEG eligible for an upload? I hope to figure out how to remedy the situation, but for others like me it would be nice if it was as easy as windows.

Simple answer — ain’t happening.

Apple and ATS don’t coexist easily.

Can you change the file extension from jpeg to jpg? I manually edited one just yesterday. Should upload fine.

I don't know if Apple allows that. Haven't been on any Apple product in forever.

On the bright side, your tax dollars pay for a service where all your stuff is automatically uploaded for you!

Not that you could get it back, of course.

It's a bit of a pain, but convert them to jpg. If you can't manually change it, you can do it online for free here.

It’s easy. Just download a converter from the App Store and convert them to .png

Not a pain at all.
