Facebook Censorship Case Hits Supreme Court Docket

A tech censorship case that could have wide ramifications for the way the courts interpret Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act has hit the docket of the U.S. Supreme Court, which will now decide whether or not to hear the case.

In October, Justice Clarence Thomas indicated that he believes the legal immunities of Section 230 to have been interpreted too broadly.

“Many courts have construed the law broadly to confer sweeping immunity on some of the largest companies in the world,” wrote Justice Thomas.

The law gives tech companies wide-ranging protection from any legal consequences for censorship, allowing them to censor anything they consider “objectionable.”

Since you mentioned Dark Winter. An observation I made of Bidens Thanksgiving address, which I only watched a couple minutes of, I heard he did NOT use the term "Dark Winter" as he had in the past, but used "Long Hard Winter" instead. Not once, but twice in the first couple minutes.

I don't know about you my friend, but on this long and arduous journey I have had, perhaps, a little bit too much fun.

I have found that trusting the plan has helped me to trust humanity and that cosmic consciousness I like to call God.

The evil that I had spent so much time researching, since 9/11, is finally being brought out into the light.

Q made sense to me simply because I always believed it would be good people in the military that would be leading the charge in this fight.

What I did not realize is that they needed each and every single one of us to do so. It is an absolute honor to be partaking in this digital battlefield with each and everyone of you.

Something to be noted - according to all the weather indications and forecasts, conditions in the country are not right to produce a long, hard winter. There is a strong La Nina developing in the Pacific along with the Blob phenomena, plus positive Oscillations in both the Pacific and Atlantic.

That generally adds up to warmer than average conditions for a good chunk of the country with mostly normal ones for most of the rest. Odds are also high for dryer than normal too.

None of that signals long and/or hard.

That means doing the right thing only becomes harder because it means standing up for something you dislike.

Yesterday, President Trump said the first covid-19 vaccine will begin mass distribution within 24 hours, after the FDA approves it on December 11th.

Today, mainstream media, including Fox News, is talkin about unpleasant side effects of the vaccine.

How quickly will the Evil news media begin attributing car wrecks and heart attacks to the covid-19 vaccine?

They are going to have to bring in something more dangerous than a .005 death rate. I’m worried more about seasonal blue hair drivers here in Arizona.

Yes, I saw reports on that -- it takes two shots, and reports are that you can have symptoms after the first as bad as a bad case of the disease. So they're no worried that people won't show up for the second one.

It will be less than a week before the news media starts reporting fake vaccine deaths.

It will be interesting to see what the CDC puts out regarding defining what is a vaccine death.

94% of the people who died who are classified as covid-19 deaths, are only that way because of the way the CDC defined what is a covid-19 death.

Medical professionals and coroners do not even need to test for covid-19. All they have to do is presume that covid-19 was in the system of the deceased.
