Slightly sensationalist headline in that the quoted story is from an Australian outlet, quoting Qantas' (Australian airline) CEO, in reference to international travel.
It's still important news, and I have a sneaking suspicion this policy is going to be expanded and cloned in many countries, but I wish the thread title was a bit more precise.

QANTAS is a huge international player.
News.com.au gets quoted regularly on ATS
Just because they are only from Oz, as you seem to point out, does not diminish their validity
if you can't see the writing on the wall, don't complain to me.
And don't snob Oz. It makes you look petty and lame.

Where did I "snob" Aussies in my post? Don't dislike Australians, that couldn't be farther from the truth. And where did I write that the content of your thread is invalid? Again, the opposite of what I really wrote ("important news" were my exact words)
You wrote a clickbait title bub, and attacking me or inventing things I never said won't change that fact.

Exactly. I have vaccinations that most don't due to my international travel, then again these are tried and true vaccinations that have been proven over years and the side effects are known. The side effects of a Covid vaccine, long term, are not known. This is why I will not be first in line to take the shot/patch/spray/etc. that they try and distribute.

Qantas CEO Alan Joyce says proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be a condition of international air travel
Anti-vaxxers will be grounded under a new rule announced as a “non-negotiable condition” of international air travel, according to Qantas’ CEO.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be a non-negotiable condition of international air travel, according to the Qantas CEO Alan Joyce.
Anti-vaxxers will be grounded in the brave new world, with Mr Joyce confirming vaccination will be a requirement to fly internationally.
Mr Joyce has repeatedly warned that international air travel won’t resume until there’s a vaccine available for staff and travelers, but on Monday night he went a step further, telling A Current Affair host Tracy Grimshaw that as soon as a vaccine becomes available it will be a condition of travel.
“For international travelers, we will ask people to have a vaccination before they get on the aircraft,’’ he said.
“Certainly, for international visitors coming out and people leaving the country we think that’s a necessity.”
