The Day I Considered Divorcing My Husband... In a Rally Car

So your husband takes you out for a drive and does this....


Rally drivers are crazy but some would argue that co-drivers are even crazier because they have no control over their fate , in reality Sara Mason is the co-driver and wife to Richard Mason and the drive they went on was New Zealand's Otago Rally but the look of "Oh Sh..!" @ 1.20 says it all , along with the roasting at the end of the stage.

Stage 9 at Otago Rally in 2012 was the moment I realised I had married a lunatic. Fast forward to 2016 and we are happily married - with 5 New Zealand Rally Championships under our belts and many rally wins (including here at Otago in 2012!). Thankfully, I haven't attempted to divorce him since... who is the lunatic now!?

Update 2020... Still married and still winning events!

Good thing she didn't know us when we were young.
We built our own chopped down VW "Dune Buggy".
I once jumped a hill and that dang thing came 20' off the ground.
I actually floated up until my back was pressed solid against the roll bars and roof.
