You're right.

There's only entertainment media who's sole purpose is to monetize bias confirmation via punditry.

There is very little minimal bias news outlet that only puts out factual pieces, and certainly not any that are mainstream.

The left has most of the cable outlets, the right has Fox and a majority of talk radio.

Partisan citizens are more than happy to slink into echochambers or use sources who are more and more willing to peddle pure speculation.

Everyone has their own truths now. If enough people believe, it is true. Now we've had two elections stolen by foreign powers, and likely every election going forward will be proclaimed rigged by the losers.

This is the way now.

I watched all the videos except the last 40 minute long one.

If you listen to what they have to say, and are opposed? How could you?

Is making sure our elections have integrity somehow a bad thing?

If there was the slightest chance the American people have been lied to and deceived on such a grand scale, wouldn't you want to at least check into it?

Look. They didn't present the actual underlying evidence. It would be stupid to do that at this point.

What they did do is outline all of the evidence that they have, and that they will be presenting to the court at the appropriate time.

The only real question is - do you believe them? Or do you believe they are lying? Do you believe that they really have the evidence they claim to have?

I for one believe them, and not just because I want to. I honestly can't see these people destroying their reputations and their careers over this, which is exactly what they would be doing if they were lying.

The funny part is, I've always thought if someone could start a news channel / website that only reported facts, no pundits, no BS round table discussions, no debates from partisans, it would make more money and crush all these clickbait "news" organizations that are too busy chasing clicks and ad revenue.

I don’t think their careers will be ruined at all. If all their efforts fail, it’ll be toted as “The Deep State won. They’re too big for one man and his team to take on.”, and everyone who agrees with that will gladly hire any of those lawyers.

The tin-hat collector in me would like to believe that’s the true story, that the deep state is deeper than we all realize. Alas, my older age has either made me more complacent or skeptical. The bigger a secret is and the more people involved, the less likely they’ll be able to keep it a secret.

And really, that’s why I’m skeptical of the fraud claims. The amount of fraud they discussed in that press conference is so widespread it would involve hundreds, if not thousands of people to pull off. All these people would have to keep the same story and not break under pressure. Now, maybe some of those affidavits are from people who broke under pressure or out of guilt/fear of getting caught, but we won’t know that until everything is filed and made public.

I think Team Trump’s best bet at gaining any headway will be with the voting machines. Affidavits are great and all, but it’s still just words coming from a human and there’s a lot at stake. There are people on both sides who would put themselves at risk of jail time to stand up for what they believe in. It’s not like lying under oath or committing perjury has never happened before. Unless those machines have been wiped and new software has been installed, they shouldn’t have a problem proving their claims.

One podcast I listened to this morning cited 29 lost cases out of the 30, but a quick search only cites 19 lost cases out of 30.

It's not pessimistic to read both sides and come to a logical conclusion.

The evidence they are presenting just isn't that solid. The hottest piece of the smoking gun is a SUPPOSEDLY rigged election from old software created 15 years. Venezuela hasn't even used it in 2 years.

Smartmatic voting systems have been used all over the world.

The states with contested ballots didn't even use the supposedly sketchy software.

I mean just read a little... it IS all there and none of it is very convincing. It's really okay to admit that.

Smartmatic does not provide technology to the battleground states that sealed President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s victory.

“The essence of the affidavit is that voting machines could have been hacked. This is not news,” said David Dill, a computer scientist at Stanford University and founder of the Verified Voting Foundation. “Every single vote that has been counted by computer in the U.S. in the last 50 years was counted by a computer that ‘could have been hacked.’ So far as I know, none of them actually were.”

Previous claims that Smartmatic’s voting machines were rigged in Venezuela have been disputed and are “unsubstantiated,” according to The Associated Press. It’s worth noting that Smartmatic accused the Venezuelan government of election fraud in 2017, pointing out that its machines were used when the opposition party won a majority in the country’s National Assembly in 2015.

Ms. Powell also included numerous inaccurate claims to imply a similarity between Venezuela’s elections and the U.S. election, chiefly drawing dubious parallels between Smartmatic and Dominion, which was used in several key states.

Smartmatic and Dominion have denied any exchange of technology and maintain that they are competitors. Dominion bought assets from a company three years after Smartmatic sold the company.

It isn't about whether or not they prevail in court. It is about whether or notthey have the actual evidence they say they do.

Well, I have been of the opinion that the individual claims of fraud, while substantial and absolutely need investigating, they are actually mis-direction from the Trump team.

And it isn't the voting machines that are the problem - it is the software, and the code they are discussing is running on all of the machines of all of the big voting machine vendors.

That is the whole shebang. If they can prove that, even if it isn't beyond a reasonable doubt but only by a preponderance of the evidence, that should absolutely be enough to invalidate the election results and throw this to Congress.

This is actually a very serious National Security issue. I think Trump's last card to play will be on that basis (but no clue what the play(s) may be), if things don't go his way in court - but I think they will.
