I thought HAMMER was the computer system and SCORECARD was the software package. Both are property of the CIA. At least that is what the other reports on this are saying.

Maybe that is how they get away with saying this is not true? Just enough off to not be a lie about saying it is debunked.

Trump said (before the election) this would take over a month to straighten out because of the unverified ballots. That's the way it has to be because of the Democrat fraud machine.

I know everyone is sick of this. Lawyers often don't want to tip their hand all the way before litigation. Unless it is to your advantage. You don't want to tell the other law team exactly everything you have on them.

What more evidence do you need? This is a Retired Air Force General witness. Telling you exactly what software was used and who did the meddling.

The video said "2 pieces of software". Maybe you know more???????? First I've heard of them. Hammer may have been the hardware. I don't know.

Video says Hammer is a surveillance software. Scorecard is the software used to rig elections.

Well if the EO from back in 2018 is followed it says they have 45 days from Nov. 3rd to make a report and brief the president, SOS, SOD, and 3 or 4 others I don't rememner off the top of my head. That is each relevant agency makes the report after a 45 day investigation. That puts it at what Dec. 18th deadline.

Thank-you for this information. I've read that it was a CIA server confiscated in Germany (by U.S./German forces), that Scytl/Dominion/Smartmatic used to affect U.S. election vote counts.

And, CIA Director Gina Haspel showed up at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's office last week, just hours after Attorney General William Barr left McConnell's office. (Both visits to McConnell's office were very unusual.)

Something big must be happening behind the scenes. Hopefully it will be made public in short order.

Hopefully they have more than just proof that the election was meddled with. They need to be able to prove exactly who did what with computer forensics. 1st they had the operatives in key voter locations. 2nd the voter machine fix election software attack. 3rd the (unusual mailed out voter ballet scam) to encourage more fraud and confusion.

Trump's legal team and intelligence/military advisors know exactly how many votes were electronically stolen from the President, flipped from Biden to Trump, and outright generated for Biden out of thin air. (i.e. Over 9,600 "phantom" votes for Joe Biden were identified this morning in just ONE BATCH in Georgia.)

Then you have the mailed-in ballot problems....the "paper side". Virtually none of the signatures were verified on the paper ballots. The LAW say signatures must be verified. That's why the paper-ballot rejection rate is so low this time. In 2016, the rejection rate of mailed-in ballots was 3% nationwide. This year, it's just 4/10th of 1% in Georgia and in Pennsylvania.

Trump team is attempting to get the Courts to order spot-check "signature audits" in GA, PA, AZ, MI, WI, NV. If a spot check of 5,000 random mailed-in ballots yields the historically normal 3% rejection, then a full audit will be ordered by the court.
