Tomorrow at 12:00 noon this legislative proposal will be discussed, which is to be ratified by the Federal Council and the Federal President on the same day.

Bundestag.de

This is the proposed law:
Bundestag.de pdf

This contains this paragraph:

Article 7
Restriction of fundamental rights
Article 1 numbers 16 and 17 safeguard the fundamental rights of the freedom of the person (Article 2 paragraph 2
Sentence 2 of the Basic Law), freedom of assembly (Article 8 of the Basic Law), freedom of movement (Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law) and the inviolability of the home (Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law).

and this

(13) Paragraphs 4 to 7 and 10 restrict the basic right to physical integrity (Article 2 paragraph 2 sentence 1 of the Basic Law). "

As well as 12 times the term "ermächtigt (authorized)". This is interesting because of the Ermächtigungsgesetz from 1933

We will see tomorrow at noon how many german politicians are still standing on the democratic ground and still follow our rights according to our constitution, the Grundgesetz.

This Grundgesetz btw contains the Article 20GG:

Art. 20
(1) The Federal Republic of Germany is a democratic and social federal state.
(2) 1All state power emanates from the people. 2It is exercised by the people in elections and votes and through special organs of legislation, the executive and the judiciary.
(3) Legislation is bound by the constitutional order, the executive and the judiciary are bound by law and order.
(4) All Germans have the right to resist anyone who undertakes to remove this order if no other remedy is possible.

Where have you been the last ... 9(?) months?
Vacationing on Mars?
I actually prefer it if there is a law as basis for decisions and not just Spahn deciding willy-nilly.
Merkel got shot down good yesterday, so... let's see

Forgive me, but I am not a German. I have no idea what this is about.

Is there a short version of the context?

So, you're all good with fascist tyranny, as long as it is backed up by written laws?

Interesting...

No. This way it's limited in time, this way it's ensured parliament gets a say.
Do you even understand what's in it?

I would be more concerned about your own fascist tyrant right now.

Coz he's just not too chuffed at the prospect of moving house.

I agree, I'm extremely concerned that the fraud that is the not-yet President-elect Biden never ever step foot inside the White House.
Glad we can agree..

Naw mate elected officials via votes and the counting of such is not a fraud.

That's called democracy in action.

Else your Man Trump's last 4 years in office is right up in the air.

As to the situation in Germany well i canny see how their parliament actually having a say in the matter equates to a fascist tyranny, that just doesn't fly.

It is if it can be proven that the voting software is changing the vote tallies, as has been alleged.

That's called democracy in action.

Thank God we're not a dumbocracy then.

Else your Man Trump's last 4 years in office is right up in the air.

Not really, I'm sure he won the popular vote in 2016 too, if the fraud was corrected.

I'll just refer you back to what happened when Hitler rose to power as a response.

Speaking of Hitler, your bad Orange Mans not doing too well attempting to organize a night of the long knives.

Maybe Amazon has managed to lose his brown shirt order?

You do realize that the German parliament having a say is in no way whatsoever conducive to fascism or tyranny?

Point of fact its completely the opposite.

You need to stop drinking the Trump kool aid mate coz it's bleach.

Personally, i recommend you pick up a history book or ten. x

You do realize that it was Germany's parliament that made Hitler the dictator, right?

Electoral victories by the Nazi Party made Hitler the dictator that he was.

Whist on this occasion Germany's parliament is simply doing what it says on the tin.

They are not voting any dictators into anything just considering and deciding legislative proposals.

It's kind of what they are there to facilitate you see.

you cannot question the 'allmighty' story 'they' decided upon about w2 in germany, europe, canada, australia.

aka, thought crimes.

you are not allowed to ask, 'how did hellen kelller write in ball point pen, when no one had them in germany at the time...'

if you do that in germany, off to jail you go!

thank GOD we live in a free republik here, and we can question such NONSENSE.

but in germany, they lost their basic human rights years ago.

if you think 'wrong' off to jail you go.

Can you please stop turning every thread into bashing trump and stay on topic.

The childish behaviour of certain posters on this forum and obsession with Trump is quite unnerving.

Pretty easily unserved or so it seems.

But since you asked nicely.

The computer says no.

Not being able to accept reality constitutes childish behavior imho.

Anyhoo the German parliament discussing legislative proposals is hardly synonymous with dictatorship.

Point of fact it's the opposite, so there is that. x

You have convinced me.

It's exactly the same thing.

Accept it not now is it!

And this is the kind of thing democratic parliaments all over the planet do on a daily basis.

Could that be because it's their job to do so per-chance?

And nothing to do with dictatorship whatsoever in this instance.

If you don't want them to discuss and come to decisions, how would you have them decide outcomes?

Let me guess Spin the bottle?

Tell you one thing stuff getting Angela Merkel!

I can accept reality. The reality that you offer nothing to this forum other than facetious nonsense which is always geared toward the same subject regardless of the topic.
