Trump Brilliantly Trolling the MSM

Emily is a minor bureaucrat, relatively innocuous, with less than 20,000 Twitter followers. DJT has never retweeted her before. Why did he suddenly retweet her now --- and retweet a stale, 10 day old post on top of it?

As Administrator of General Services, Emily is in charge of determining when and if Biden gets access to transition funds. So far she has declined to authorize it.

Now, obviously, DJT doesn't really believe that by retweeting her he's somehow going to curry favor. But that's how the media will read it and will stumble over themselves trying to be the first to hysterically report on the latest hairbrained scheme by Trump to undermine our democracy or whatever.

Trump is sitting behind his keyboard laughing at the entire spectacle. When he says "jump" the media, unwittingly, say "how high?" The master manipulator.
