Our Founding Fathers were brilliant, and there is a very simple remedy that will likely be used. The question is whether or not it will only apply to the States that encountered the massive fraud (all of the swing states - GA, AZ, NV, WI, MI, PA), or the entire shebang.

If so, then the House of Representatives elects the President, and the Senate elects the VP.

The good news for Trump is, it isn't the full house. No, each State gets one vote. Guess how many States are R controlled?

Very logical in the game of strategy and tactics. Yet, a very slippery slope — waiting for such an important election to expose it. I hope you’re right and justice is served.

I didn't see anything in that EO that addressed nullifying the results of any election. It deals with the punishment of foreign entities by blocking their property.

Also, in my lay opinion, some of it is a violation of the 1st Amendment. BBC, Al Jazeera, RT, are all foreign media operations that published election opinion pieces that could effect the way people decide to vote.

so, the MSM is all in the US and not outside of the USin any way aren't they? would need to research, but I think even the owner of all the companies reside within the US.

I have no idea whether you are right or wrong, but when I saw this video a few days ago, it really got my attention...

Declaring a national emergency does not give the POTUS the authority to nullify a presidential vote. In fact, the POTUS does not have any authority to require a revote for President. That's because Presidential elections are the responsibility of the individual states, as specified in the Constitution. Candidates in a Presidential election do have the ability to petition a state court to require a revote. That has happened several times in the past. However, in order to get a court to do that, candidates would have to show evidence to the court of fraud of sufficient magnitude that the result of the election in that particular district would be called into question.

Perhaps you've noticed that Trump has been unable to do that in the dozen or so of his cases that have already been tossed out?

People have really gone nuts over this. You all thought 2016 was crazy? Hilary conceded with dignity in early November. Obama invited Trump to the White House.
