I just wanted clarification. My paycheck won't change. But this will all be out in the open next week. If nothing materializes, then the amount of ridicule towards Trump and Rudy will be at a level everyone here might jump on board.
And if something does come of it, things will look very different.

I´m no lawyer, but in civil courts I think it can take weeks to get a case number after you´ve filed it, all part of the due process. This will probably vary between states and other factors. So, even if Rudy has filed a lawsuit he might not have gotten a case number yet.

The only other case in Michigan is a Federal one using much of the same 'evidence' as the Costantino case and will most likely end up trashed as well.

There is one in each Wisconsin and Pennsylvania to halt certification in counties that didn't vote for Trump and those too will not go anywhere.

That's it, that's the whole of his legal team's efforts left.

Read the judge's statement and the testimony, there's nothing to most of those affidavits.

And then there is this exchange between a judge and Trumps lawyer in PA.

“I am asking you a specific question, and I am looking for a specific answer,” the judge said. “Are you claiming that there is any fraud in connection with these 592 disputed ballots?”

“To my knowledge at present, no,” Goldstein said.

“Are you claiming that there is any undue or improper influence upon the elector with respect to these 592 ballots?” asked the judge.

Goldstein replied: “To my knowledge at present, no.”

My suspicion is most cases are going to go like this. These court cases are all show now.

If they were serious they should be looking at the Voting Machine firmware and/or HDDs....probably already too late though....that is the most obvious bottleneck if you wanna cheat....ask any IT guy...

Yea, he's slower than a retarded snail....

If the machines were altered with the last update...it's been overwritten by now....way too late...

The Judges say that what they saw is not irregular. These folks may not be lying but they obviously skipped the classes where it was taught how the vote counting process works.
