How can PA be on the verge of flipping if they aren't doing recounts?

Pennsylvania's top elections official confirmed Friday she will not be ordering a recount or recanvass of her state's election results as Republicans rail against officials there over groundless voter fraud claims.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) said the races for president, state attorney general, auditor general and state treasurer will not face recounts or recanvasses after unofficial returns submitted by the state's counties showed no statewide candidate lost by less 0.5 percent, the margin at which such recourses would be triggered.

A recount is not necessary IF you can prove the original count was fraud, because then you are just counting the bad votes AGAIN. No this it will be Electronic evidence which is easy enough to go back to the count on Nov 3 when counting had ended.

Some lawyers are being "pulled back" because a major "election changer" is coming next week, according to President Trump.

If they cheated against Trump and other candidates. They have no choice but to award Trump the Presidency. It was actually flipped illegally to Biden in the middle of the night. We should never feel guilty for flipping Biden out of office. Biden has been proven to be in collusion with Ukraine and China. It's alarming that Biden was allowed run.

This country is going to be split either way. They try and threaten us with looting etc. Say that they are going after Trump supporters. Sure signs that you don't want them in control of the United States.
